I cannot praise Access2Care enough for the excellent care they provided for my sister who battled with her Parkinson's and confusion for over 4 years. Being a relatively small, local company meant that my sister and we as family trying to keep her comfortable and well cared for in her own home viewed her carers as an extension of the family.
The quality of care has always been outstanding; nothing is too much trouble; the carers are always kind and understanding. Initially starting with 2 visits per day, we eventually realised that my sister required more support, so 4 visits per day were organised very easily for 365 days per year including without any hesitation over Christmas and all other Bank Holidays.
Thank you so much, "Access", for all you have done for my sister; such a wonderful team.
They are such golden heart teams. My mother in law was their client for couple of years as she asked to stay at home. Thank you all for support you gave for my mother in law. She was always happy to hav3 chat with you guys I love all.

From the very first interaction, the team showed genuine kindness, patience and respect, not just towards her needs but towards her as a person. The carers are compassionate, reliable and take the time to build real trust, which has made such a difference to her confidence and wellbeing. Communication has always been clear and reassuring, giving our family real peace of mind. It's evident that they don't just see care as a job, but as a responsibility they truly care about. Knowing my grandmother is treated with dignity, warmth and understanding means everything to us, and we are incredibly grateful for the support Access 2 Care continue to provide.
Both my mother and father benefitted not only from the excellent standard of care, but from the consistency of carers. Many of the carers became like they were part of the family. It provided me with reassurance during a time when both my mother and father suffered from chronic health conditions.
I have 2 carers 4 x per day and can only describe them as a credit to their company - exceptional care and attention.
Access 2 Care supported my aunt over several years prior to her taking up residency in a care home. The staff and management were superb with her. She was extremely well looked after, and nothing was too much trouble. My aunt came to look upon her carers are friends. If there were any problems, including my aunt feeling unwell, Access 2 Care never failed to contact me. I have always been grateful for their support and caring gratitude. My aunt would not have been able to remain in her own home for as long as she did without the excellent service provided by Access 2 Care. Thank you.
My 101-year-old grandmother was looked after twice a day. She was desperate to stay in her own home, and this was made possible as the carers were professional, helpful and showed great compassion and respect. The standard of care was exceptional, and they went above and beyond and treated Gran like their own family. I could absolutely recommend them and am very grateful to them.
When my husband fell out of bed the carers helped with phoning for the emergency services and staying with me until help arrived. They also are very good every day with my husband's toileting arrangements and they are also very efficient with our teatime call getting our tea ready every day. They are very good a putting him to bed at night. They are very caring and very well mannered every time they arrive.
