The carers that come are mostly always kind and caring but a few I feel go out of their way to make her feel good just doing that little bit more to put her at ease and make sure she's got everything she needs these are four members of staff in particular they really do treat her with so much love and care.

Meet the Team (3)
Egle joined the Woking branch as a Registered Manager in July 2023 and has been working in care since 2010. Working in care for over 10 years has given Egle the opportunity to climb the ranks, starting off as a Care Worker and now as a Registered Manager. Throughout the 10 years, Egle has been in every role to achieve where she is today.
Egle has achieved many qualifications, such as a Hydrology and Oceanography Bachelors Degree and an HDN Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
I started out working for Agincare as a care assistant in 2013 and then got promoted to office Admin.
I have been in this role for nearly 5 years now, and have recently started my NVQ level 3 in business administration.
I joined Agincare AUK as a field care supervisor in April 2017, I was promoted to deputy manager in 2022. I really my job going out and meeting new people and supporting new care workers starting their careers in care.
