Established in 1986 with the opening of their first care home, Agincare has gradually expanded the range of services in response to clients’ ever-changing needs. The group has grown to become one of the largest independent providers of care across the UK. The group is responsible for delivering major contracts for many large public sector organisations as well as delivering care services to a large and growing number of self-funding clients. The services the group provides for private and public sector clients include:

Whilst the group believe their high level of customer satisfaction and service quality is largely down to their focus on forging local relationships, being part of a major care group also has many benefits, such as building service capability and financial capacity to respond to clients' needs. All the carers that come in to do my mother in laws care are very respectful, polite, and all of them treat my mother in law with the respect and dignity that she deserves and also talks to the family and it is nice to be able to have a laugh.
If you have a problem they will sort it out with no hesitation
and all the office staff are very easily approachable to talk to.
Highly recommend this agency to any of my friends family who needs care and support.

I arranged live-in care for my mum with Agincare and we had a shocking experience. They promise you the earth in the assessment, winning your trust that they'll support your loved ones.
What turned out was a carer who had no experience of my mum's equipment. She did not meet the profile that we requested.
She was also absolutely terrible in communicating with my mum and supporting her.
When I asked for a change of carer, Agincare said that they didn't have the capacity to provide a carer that met our requirements. In other words, they fooled me during the assessment to gain my custom, and once they had my money they decided to tell me they have don't have capacity. Agincare do their fancy TV advertising campaign to win your trust, but behind the scenes they don't have the ability to support you.
When I tried to complain about it all I got was evasive and defensive responses. I have to assume then that this shoddy service is their normal standard and they're happy with their service.

I am very happy with the service my Nan has received from the staff that visit. They visit 4 times daily to administer medication and provide personal care, nothing is too much trouble she loves their chats about family and things she has done in her past they are all very gentle and lovely to her which
is very reassuring. I must also say I am very happy with the office staff and on-call as they are always available for any issues that arise and very accommodating to situations we may have. Top service from lovely genuine people keep up the excellent work and service you provide.

I have always found the service provided and standards to be very high. The care my wife has received has been extremely good. I can't be more specific because I can't use names but her regular carers have an excellent connection with her and act above and beyond the call of duty. Any problems I have
encountered have been very minor and dealt with right away.

I can not praise my carer Fawad highly enough. He always gives me exemplary service, above and beyond what is required.
Even under a huge workload, he never fails to be attentive, personable and professional at all times.
I often note that he must be tired through over work and offer him to take
a cup of coffee. He always declines but instead ensures that all my needs are met without fail and that I'm safe, settled and comfortable before he dashes off to his next client.
Other carers are also excellent but I must say that Fawad is tireless and exceptional in his approach and application to his work.

Despite being anxious and unsure about taking on carers for the first time a few months ago I have very quickly got used to and now rely on the service. Getting up and going to bed at definite times has given my day more structure and I can now get in/out of bed and shower/dress without fear of falling
and injuring myself. All the carers are punctual/friendly/efficient and most are a good laugh too. I look forward to them coming. As I'm born/grown up in Bristol I have plenty of friends/family here but on days when I don't have any social arrangements I know at least I'm always going to see people twice a day with the carers visits. One thing I don't like is going to bed at 9pm. It's far too early for a relatively young (well...61!) Person. I've been used to going to the pub/cinema/concerts/friend's houses etc all my life and now I feel like a baby again. However I guess the carers need to finish their days and get home. Other small concerns will have to be addressed later. No space!

What incredible carers! The ONLY thing I can fault is we were only able to have them temporarily. Oh how I wish they were here now. Having the same four people meant they got to know us and we got to know them. I felt so secure and safe leaving my husband in their care. Exceptional in every way. If

They have always been professional and very caring.

I have used the services of Agincare for the last 4 months to get me up, washed/showered and dressed each morning. They also change my stoma when necessary. Some carers are more experienced than others but all do an adequate job. All are friendly and keep to times arranged.
