I use the carers to help me in the shower + in the kitchen helping with meal preparation. I am very pleased with this service, especially when I much needed assistance now when using the shower. We had a wet room installed for my late husband's use when he was alive and having been an inpatient at two hospitals in May and a stroke in November 2025 I now find I need assistance with my arm (damaged) out of action. Plus I am using the grab rails and finding it difficult to balance on one leg and lean backwards to dry myself. I find the carers very helpful and always polite.

There has always been a good service from all of the visiting carers visiting Shirley for her weekly shower. The different carers have always been patient, thorough and put Shirley's needs first, sometimes in difficult situations, always stating if there were any specific issues that needed attention, such as skin sores etc.

My review applies to support for my husband following his discharge from hospital in June 2026. All the carers who attended our home were very professional, caring and very mindful of his situation, I can't fault any of them. Under their care he improved in his mobility and wellbeing.

I enjoy chatting with them before I go out. Either about how to cope with a relative who has dementia or general conversation. My dad generally seems pleased when they turn up. Depending on what condition his dementia is at the time.

All the staff who visit our home provides very good support and act in a professional manner at all times. They are always respectful and look after my husband in a dignified manner.

This isn't the first time they've helped out. Big shout out to the very friendly and efficient office staff and of course, to the wonderful carers. I live some distance away so knowing professional help is on hand when we need it is so reassuring for my dad and the family. Thankfully he's much better now.

All staff are really lovely, the only thing that's wrong is the time they come to put my brother to bed but there we go. We have some really nice carers that come to sort my brother out for the day, all good.

I had carers coming to help me care for my husband in the last couple of months of his life. I always felt comfortable having them in my home. They were friendly, compassionate, efficient and vigilant in their care. I am grateful for the care they provided. They genuinely cared which meant a lot.

Supplied care very quickly for 4 visits a day for the client's return home from hospital. The carers kept excellent time and were very kind, supportive, cheerful and friendly. Communication with the office staff was very efficient.
