The carers that come are mostly always kind and caring but a few I feel go out of their way to make her feel good just doing that little bit more to put her at ease and make sure she's got everything she needs these are four members of staff in particular they really do treat her with so much love and
care.

I have continued to receive excellent care and support from Agincare Woking (Home Care & Live-in Care). My two main carers have taken the time to get to know me and my needs, gain my trust and confidence and treat me with dignity and respect. That care, support and friendship have had a positive impact
on my well-being.

Staff are always nice and cheerful, friendly and happy to oblige. We sometimes have a laugh and a joke which is always welcome.
Those who have a chat before they go about their business are the ones I really appreciate.

I look forward to seeing each one arrive and have good chats with them all.
I wouldn't be able to still be at home without their care and attention.

Agincare has continued to give my father a very high standard of care. They have been very understanding and positive to him during a challenging period. He has recently had an operation and his recovery has been greatly enhanced by the caring and skilled regular staff that we are very happy with.
