Overall Experience 4.0 out of 5
Carers varied but 98% excellent, polite, and very caring. Support was appreciated also by my daughter who needed to work rather than look after me on my discharge from the hospital and after the first few weeks, had to leave me on my own at night for 3 evenings a week. She was reassured to know that
the carers would be checking on me, even briefly while she was away. Our manager was always helpful and approachable too. Many thanks all round.

My mother doesn't like it when the carer is over an hour later. I know this happens because a previous client may be unwell, etc.
Otherwise, a good service. I appreciate getting a phone call if Mum seems unwell.

Your carers were there for me when I needed them - so helpful and always with a smile. Nothing was too much for them - I loved them all and looked forward to them coming.
