I would really recommend this service to all.
The carers that call treat my mother with dignity and care. My mother feels really safe and secure with the service they provide.
I have to look after my elderly father as well, so I really appreciate the carers coming to help Mum with her personal care,
she really gets on with all the care team. On a personal note. I can't thank them enough for their work and professional care.
What great help they provide.

I am a service user and have been using Agincare for over 2 years, during that time, I have effectively got a good team who look after me so well. My needs include personal care as well as respite for my wife and dog. I can honestly say that having the time I get with my carers has changed my life to
enable me to do the things I wouldn't manage on my own on a day-to-day basis, the 3 1/2 hour calls I get twice a week has made a massive difference to my life and my dog really enjoys the carers coming and going for a walk amongst other things I am now able to do. Many thanks.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the excellent service provided by Agincare.
We were fortunate enough to be allocated one particular member of staff, who for the past 2 years has provided outstanding care. She is compassionate, intuitive and hardworking. She has made a positive impact on
my husband’s life and gives me peace of mind too. Thank you to her and Agincare.

On the whole a reasonable service is given, the staff are friendly and eager to help. Special mention to the office staff who are always reliable and helpful. Always nice to have regular people who have formed a friendship with my friend and make him feel comfortable in his home.

I have nothing but praise for the team who look after my mother. The carers are very professional and show real care and compassion for my mother. Fantastic work.

I was unsure of using an agency as I have been let down before, however, I would have no hesitation in recommending Agincare. I am very happy with the service, level of care I receive. Everyone is always helpful and come in with a smile on their face.

The changeover from another care company was smooth and much appreciated. Getting on with carers. Would be helpful to get a printout of the days and times a bit sooner.
