I am a service user and have been using Agincare for over 2 years, during that time, I have effectively got a good team who look after me so well. My needs include personal care as well as respite for my wife and dog. I can honestly say that having the time I get with my carers has changed my life to enable me to do the things I wouldn't manage on my own on a day-to-day basis, the 3 1/2 hour calls I get twice a week has made a massive difference to my life and my dog really enjoys the carers coming and going for a walk amongst other things I am now able to do. Many thanks.

We were fortunate enough to be allocated one particular member of staff, who for the past 2 years has provided outstanding care. She is compassionate, intuitive and hardworking. She has made a positive impact on my husband’s life and gives me peace of mind too. Thank you to her and Agincare.

On the whole a reasonable service is given, the staff are friendly and eager to help. Special mention to the office staff who are always reliable and helpful. Always nice to have regular people who have formed a friendship with my friend and make him feel comfortable in his home.
