Agincare have now been our provider for several years now.. with a increase in the level of attendance and care needed. They have always conducted themselves with a high regard for my Mothers welfare and needs. Polite, professional and willing to get that extra when needed. When problems or situations have arisen, they have always ensured the family know and often have a range of options or solution to move with the needed changes. I cannot recommend them enough for the work and help they do.. Agincare were the right choice when we needed care provided years ago.. and they are still the right team now.

My home care provider Agincare have given me nothing but a 5 star service they are always on time the carers are always cheerful friendly and well presented and go the extra mile in the services that is provided they always have a chat with you whilst doing there job which is great because they may be the only people i see that day there masks and gloves are always worn i do tell them the masks are optional they are always fantastic bunch

I go to see my neighbour every day and I have met lots of the care team, a great lot of people, they are great, and I have told lots of my friends about the care team, I would highly recommend this care team to anybody, my neighbour is well comfortable with the care he gets from the team. My husband used Agincare service. I believe from Worcester. I cannot fault the short time we were with them. The team leader was so supportive and understanding. The continuity of a carer made a huge difference to my husband and myself. I realise I cannot identify the team leader who was so supportive. Her communication and understanding were excellent and the carer was simply amazing. I cannot thank him enough for his insight and his immediate assessment of the situation and his genuine caring manner. What an asset to the agin care team this man is.

Agincare carers are always kind, professional and caring, they talk to me throughout the visit explaining exactly what they are doing. They do all my personal care and put fresh sheets on my bed. Carers do my washing and make food for me.

I would not hesitate to recommend Agincare to anyone looking for a team of highly competent, caring individuals to oversee the needs of a loved one. During the period of time they have been looking after my Mum, they have shown nothing but kindness, compassion and love at all times. The girls are wonderful with Mum, going the extra mile to ensure she has everything she needs and feels secure, cared for and happy, during their calls. I'm notified immediately if there are any changes or concerns, and as I live a fair distance away from Mum, this is obviously very much appreciated.

Trying to manage our mum's health, finances and welfare when living two hundred miles away will always bring big challenges, as well as stresses and heartache. As a result of the distance, we rely heavily on carers for not only our mum's care but for our communication and support too. However, in only a few weeks of caring for Mum, Agincare has exceeded our initial expectations, responding, communicating, caring and supporting very professionally in what has been a very difficult time for Mum. The cherry on top has been the consideration, communication and kindness we have all received in abundance. Mum loves her carers, and the transfer of her care to Agincare has been seamless, which is a credit to all concerned. I guess in short, it's not only our mum who feels safe and cared for; we feel safe and cared for too. The carers are lovely, friendly and kind. They are very professional and take great care over the medication and any physical/mental changes to my relation who enjoys the visits. They take great care in all they do and report things to myself as well as the office. I am well informed and the office staff are very friendly and helpful too.

When I had my accident I never really thought I would be having carers coming on a daily basis as I was so independent before. I was really worried. My experience as a whole with Agincare has been extremely positive. The staff have been so supportive, respectful and lovely towards my parents, and we feel that a lot of them have become friends, and an important part of our family, as they are so caring and reassuring towards all of us. A lot of the carers are more than happy to go over and above to support my mum and dad. I feel happy knowing they are being well cared for, as I am not able to be with them all the time.
