Worcester UK provides support to the elderly, adults and children with learning disabilities, adults with physical disabilities and adults with mental health conditions.

The Worcester branch can offer assistance with all parts of personal care, such as housekeeping, shopping, regular welfare calls and companionship. My husband used Agincare service. I believe from Worcester. I cannot fault the short time we were with them. The team leader was so supportive and understanding. The continuity of a carer made a huge difference to my husband and myself. I realise I cannot identify the team leader who was so supportive.
Her communication and understanding were excellent and the carer was simply amazing. I cannot thank him enough for his insight and his immediate assessment of the situation and his genuine caring manner. What an asset to the agin care team this man is.

I go to see my neighbour every day and I have met lots of the care team, a great lot of people, they are great, and I have told lots of my friends about the care team, I would highly recommend this care team to anybody, my neighbour is well comfortable with the care he gets from the team. My carers call four times a day and life would be impossible for me without them. All of them are very courteous and caring, and willing to carry out any extra task or request I have difficulty with.
They are smartly dressed, cheerful and trustworthy and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone

Agincare carers are always kind, professional and caring, they talk to me throughout the visit explaining exactly what they are doing. They do all my personal care and put fresh sheets on my bed. Carers do my washing and make food for me.

I would not hesitate to recommend Agincare to anyone looking for a team of highly competent, caring individuals to oversee the needs of a loved one. During the period of time they have been looking after my Mum, they have shown nothing but kindness, compassion and love at all times. The girls are wonderful
with Mum, going the extra mile to ensure she has everything she needs and feels secure, cared for and happy, during their calls. I'm notified immediately if there are any changes or concerns, and as I live a fair distance away from Mum, this is obviously very much appreciated.

Agincare look after my Mum, who has complex mental and physical needs. At times she can be quite challenging, but all the staff have worked tremendously hard to build a relationship with my mum. She has limited social contact, and the carers have now become more than carers, they are looked upon as
friends as well.
I really can't speak highly enough of the staff at Agincare, and personally will never be able to thank them enough. I'm so grateful, not only for the care they give Mum, but for the peace of mind I get knowing that such wonderful people are looking after her. Thank you so much.

Trying to manage our mum's health, finances and welfare when living two hundred miles away will always bring big challenges, as well as stresses and heartache. As a result of the distance, we rely heavily on carers for not only our mum's care but for our communication and support too. However, in only
a few weeks of caring for Mum, Agincare has exceeded our initial expectations, responding, communicating, caring and supporting very professionally in what has been a very difficult time for Mum. The cherry on top has been the consideration, communication and kindness we have all received in abundance. Mum loves her carers, and the transfer of her care to Agincare has been seamless, which is a credit to all concerned. I guess in short, it's not only our mum who feels safe and cared for; we feel safe and cared for too. We are so grateful we have been allowed to be a part of a team that provides such a worthwhile and valued service and cares so well for our lovely mum. We can't thank you enough.

When I had my accident I never really thought I would be having carers coming on a daily basis as I was so independent before. I was really worried. The carers came and introduced themselves, they were very helpful and caring. Treated me was respect. I'm very happy and I look forward to them coming

My experience as a whole with Agincare has been extremely positive. The staff have been so supportive, respectful and lovely towards my parents, and we feel that a lot of them have become friends, and an important part of our family, as they are so caring and reassuring towards all of us. A lot of the
carers are more than happy to go over and above to support my mum and dad. I feel happy knowing they are being well cared for, as I am not able to be with them all the time. Having carers from Agincare has meant my mum and dad can stay together in their own home which has been amazing for them and the rest of the family. Thank you Agincare Worcester.

Michelle began her career in care, working at a nursing home and continued with this role for 10 years. When she felt like it was time to move on, Michelle began her career with Agincare as a Senior Care Worker and worked her way up. She progressed from Care Coordinator to Deputy Manager and now Registered Manager.
