They help myself and my husband alot. They have helped since my husband had his stroke over 5 years ago. They help with daily activities. They help Michael with reading, going to church amongst other things. I would struggle immensley without their help.

So far, everything has gone well. All the carers are polite and pleasant, and they will do extra tasks if I ask them eg: empty dish washer, tidy up in the kitchen, etc. I am pleased to be able to access the bathroom upstairs for a shower with their assistence.They often have time for a chat, and will wait while I eat my meal. All in all I have found the carers to be vey satisfactory.

After using a couple of care companies which were not up to the standard I wanted for Mum, I moved her to Agincare after seeking reviews. The best decision ever. Mum has been with Agincare for nearly a year now and couldn't be happier. The carers are all lovely, friendly, make mum laugh and can't do enough for her. They are all very professional and have a vast range of skills and experience. Mum is treated with dignity throughout her home care visits and encouraged to be as independent as possible. The carers listen to her and respond to her needs. Mum has various care needs and has Alzheimers. A really positive experience all around from the office team to the carers. I feel confident that mum is being cared for properly. If there are any issues, the carers or office team always raise with me and I know I can raise anything with them. 5* service.

Good around service. Always happy to try and help if there are any problems. Happy with the staff try hard with dad even when he has he's bad day. Only thing sometimes dad get a little upset with times but sometimes that can't be helped, but over all good.

Can I just say that we spent a year caring full on for our mother ourselves, doing everything, food, meals, bathing, nappies, toilet, dressing, medications etc, and were concerned that any one could come in and do what we were doing, with a very anxious, agoraphobic patient with several "complex mental health issues", in the words of her GP. We researched and looked into Agincare and made the decision to go with them to take over mum's care and could not have been more delighted with the service they have provided. They have transformed our lives and most importantly, their carers are simply brilliant. I cannot praise them highly enough and for anyone in the position we were in, I would be happy to talk them through what Agincare have done for us and mum. A massive big thank you to all the Agincare staff involved.

Despite being anxious and unsure about taking on carers for the first time a few months ago I have very quickly got used to and now rely on the service. Getting up and going to bed at definite times has given my day more structure and I can now get in/out of bed and shower/dress without fear of falling and injuring myself. All the carers are punctual/friendly/efficient and most are a good laugh too. I look forward to them coming. As I'm born/grown up in Bristol I have plenty of friends/family here but on days when I don't have any social arrangements I know at least I'm always going to see people twice a day with the carers visits. One thing I don't like is going to bed at 9pm. It's far too early for a relatively young (well...61!) Person. I've been used to going to the pub/cinema/concerts/friend's houses etc all my life and now I feel like a baby again. However I guess the carers need to finish their days and get home. Other small concerns will have to be addressed later. No space!

All of the staff here are excellent and an absolute credit to your company, I would rate the care staff and management 10 out of 10. Agincare should be recommended to all and I enjoy being with the company.

I went to a Easter tea in Haberfield which was brilliant, staff had organised this really well. It was a really inclusive get together. We had good fun, food was arranged. Everything was well thought of. I can't praise the staff enough.

Recent receiver of support from Agincare - so far very impressed with the care provided to my mum. All the carers were very willing, attentive and proving very helpful. Communication channels seem good. We are all definitely feeling the benefit of Agincares input.

I started using Agincare again after a break of a few years, my carer is very professional, and always has a warm smile, nothing is too much trouble for her, from helping me to shower to doing a few little domestic jobs and chatting. I look forward to her visits. I would recommend Agincare to anyone struggling to cope alone.

I moved to Agincare from another home care provider and I'm so glad I did. The carers are friendly, efficient and professional. The most important thing that got me as someone with very limited energy is the consistency of personnel. I have been regularly seeing a small group of different carers with 1 main carer. I have also known well in advance who is coming and at what time.

Agincare started caring for my dad recently and his quality of life has improved so much since then. The carers treat him with dignity and respect and are always willing to go the extra mile to provide him with the best care possible. He loves that he can have a chat and a laugh with them too as he doesn't see many people much anymore. Overall great staff, and great care, would highly recommend it!

The carers who look after my dad have been excellent, and one of the carers is excellent. They look after my dad so well and always checking my mum is ok, also the supervisor, could not fault him. If I need anything he is always there to help, excellent care is provided by yourselves always.

I can honestly recommend this care provider 100%, all carers treat my uncle with the dignity and respect that he deserves. I can't fault any of the carers, they have given my mum such excellent support, they are friendly and pleasant, my uncle seems very happy to see them. He's more settled now since he has come home, I have worked in care myself for over thirty years so I am grateful to see such good, caring people. Once again, thank you for all your support to my uncle and my mum.

The management are alway on the other side of the phone to help in any way they can too.

Have been with Agincare for just over three weeks, having had care visits from different agencies twice a day, for 30+ years. I can honestly say they are one of the best agencies I’ve ever had. Lovely friendly, carers, always arrive promptly and treat me with friendship, respect, consideration and dignity. The care given is also excellent. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful; answering promptly if I have a query. (Something I’ve not seen in other agencies!). Extremely happy - thanks, guys!

I do think a call from the office pre warning of a probable delay would help.
