We try to keep the same staff on the same runs as much as possible, however, we also have to cover holidays and sickness which may mean other staff being sent to these clients. However, we do ensure that these staff have previously visited these clients and know their routine.
This time of year traffic does seem to increase and unfortunately, this does impact visit times. Staff do keep the clients informed if they are running particularly late.
