If I need to change any visit time the office do their best to accommodate us. The carers are always mindful of my husbands needs and look after him very well. Some really go above and beyond in order to help.

I arranged live-in care for my mum with Agincare and we had a shocking experience. They promise you the earth in the assessment, winning your trust that they'll support your loved ones.
What turned out was a carer who had no experience of my mum's equipment. She did not meet the profile that we requested.
She was also absolutely terrible in communicating with my mum and supporting her.
When I asked for a change of carer, Agincare said that they didn't have the capacity to provide a carer that met our requirements. In other words, they fooled me during the assessment to gain my custom, and once they had my money they decided to tell me they have don't have capacity. Agincare do their fancy TV advertising campaign to win your trust, but behind the scenes they don't have the ability to support you.
When I tried to complain about it all I got was evasive and defensive responses. I have to assume then that this shoddy service is their normal standard and they're happy with their service.

I have always found the service provided and standards to be very high. The care my wife has received has been extremely good. I can't be more specific because I can't use names but her regular carers have an excellent connection with her and act above and beyond the call of duty. Any problems I have
encountered have been very minor and dealt with right away.

They have always been professional and very caring.
I live abroad and I could only do that knowing that my parents were in safe hands and with Maria Rose and her team I knew my parents were safe and sound.

I have used the services of Agincare for the last 4 months to get me up, washed/showered and dressed each morning. They also change my stoma when necessary. Some carers are more experienced than others but all do an adequate job. All are friendly and keep to times arranged.

Our 96 year old grandmother has been with Agincare for 1 week and from the moment they took over her care they have been wonderful. They have treated her with compassion, dignity and respect and take time to sit and chat with her. The initial meeting to understand her needs was thorough and we felt

We could not praise Agincare enough for the care and compassion shown to my mother as her health and mobility decreased very rapidly. Mum really liked all the carers who visited her. Although she was a little unsure of the male carers to begin with, she grew in confidence and soon looked forward to
every single one of them visiting. I think this was because of their professional and caring approach - they just put her at ease even for the most personal care.
The care co-ordination staff in the office were excellent, right from the very first assessment meeting. They were totally flexible about the number and type of visits as Mum was admitted to hospital and then discharge was planned on more than one occasion.
They were exceptionally reassuring to the family during the whole time they supported us. All staff should be congratulated on their professional, caring and flexible approach. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I am happy with the care provided. Nearly all of the carers are kind, considerate and helpful. Most of them at the time agreed. I mention the exception because my mornings are busy and although I'm ready by 8.00am, it is inconvenient if a carer arrives 25mins. early.

Your office staff are always pleasant and helpful, and always arrange a carer to visit, even if I ask for their help at short notice.

generally very good, carers fairly good at understanding what is required-.treat my mother with dignity and ask rather than try to take over. -have formed good relationship with her and she enjoys the interaction when they visit. They seem to understand the frustration she feels about losing much of
her independence and the struggle to cope with the pain. They also recognise that she has all her mental faculties and are respectful of this.
