The staff are very pleasant and always friendly, they listen to me when I'm feeling sad, and try to make me laugh. They tell me about their families and I tell them all about my life, about John my husband, and Michael my son. They do funny things to make me laugh. I look forward to seeing them and they give me nice meals and keep me nice and clean. They are my friends.

After 4 lots of previous carers these are the far best we have encountered . The carers are friendly, go above and beyond to help mum and myself if need anything done ,reliable on time if late get message to us also giving timetables each week so we know who and what time there in and they do a chart of every visit we can see and know mums been seen to so we don't have to worry a really really great company

I buy this service for my husband with dementia. His carers come once a day to wash and dress him. The carers have been unfailingly kind and compassionate. Now we have the same carers most days. He is a lovely man, and my husband looks forward to his visit. I am not so sure about the admin. I had great difficulty trying to arrange payment!

Agincare was recommended to me via Dorset County Council for the provision of home care for my mother. From the outset it was clear that the Dorchester team were fully engaged in terms of communication, flexibility and professionalism, all of which were to be constant throughout their engagement. Despite my mother being naturally unhappy in needing extra care for things around the home she would normally do for herself, plus initially being quite resentful and impatient with the carers assigned to her, all the caring staff in attendance soon won her over and became welcome on most visits. Having to arrange home care for an elderly, lonely parent is quite daunting but I can honestly say in my own experience, Agincare were fantastic and I would highly recommend them being considered for anybody else looking for trusted, professional and transparent care at home.

My experience being a new client/ service user is that I am very impressed with the professionalism and care afforded to me from the moment the care workers arrived until they left. I am particularly pleased with how all of the care workers without exception treated me and were pleasant and courteous.

If I need to change any visit time the office do their best to accommodate us. The carers are always mindful of my husbands needs and look after him very well. Some really go above and beyond in order to help.

When I tried to complain about it all I got was evasive and defensive responses. I have to assume then that this shoddy service is their normal standard and they're happy with their service.

I have always found the service provided and standards to be very high. The care my wife has received has been extremely good. I can't be more specific because I can't use names but her regular carers have an excellent connection with her and act above and beyond the call of duty. Any problems I have encountered have been very minor and dealt with right away.
