Agincare UK Poole provides quality home care for individuals who have dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, learning disabilities, multiple sclerosis and muscular dystrophy.

Person-centred care is delivered to help people remain living independently at home, and care packages include domiciliary, live-in and respite care services.

Strict staff recruitment procedures are in place to secure the best people. CRB and full reference checks are then undertaken, alongside intensive training.

All good. Very caring and always polite and did a very good job.
Very caring when my wife had a stroke and spotted it and called the ambulance service.

I couldn't ask for better carers, my mum loves them, they are always so helpful and supportive. It gives me peace of mind knowing my mum is looked after so well, thank you for all you do and making my mum smile again.

Agincare provided excellent care for my mum. All care staff treated my mum with dignity and respect. They went above and beyond and gave my mum in her last few months the best care possible. They treated her like they were looking after their own mother. She loved their visits and they made her smile
and laugh a lot. I have worked in care and we had other care companies before Agincare and none of them come close to how good the Agincare staff are. I cannot thank them enough. They are the best care company ever.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences at Brushett House. I can't find fault with the staff. They have all adapted to my needs perfectly, they are all really lovely and have made me feel very much at home. The flat itself is really nice too. Like a new place. Could not be happier!

Amazing staff, very friendly and willing to help when able to know to be approachable to everyone.
Happy, friendly, amazing, honest, reliable, one member of staff in particular is very busy but always has time for any of us and always sorts out our worries or concerns. Area manager lovely always happy
to talk to us and when they return they listen. All staff at Brushett House go the extra mile.

My experience from having our regular carers is a positive one. On the whole we have had consistency with the regular carers that come to our home every week. They are respectful, take care in their work and are knowledgeable on certain aspects of care. Most importantly they communicate with my husband
and treat him with respect.
Having regular carers who you can trust not only to do their job but who also respect your property means a great deal.

This past year has been very challenging for both me and my grandfather. We had a few teething problems with the agency. A select few, as usual, were not great but as you guys know towards the end of granddads life things were going really well.


We went from 2 x a day care on a single carer up to

3 x double up and you guys were amazing I’m not allowed to say names but I know who you are and I can’t thank you guys enough for going above and beyond for him, and for me also. I will always speak highly of a select few, as you are classed as the best of the best.


But with anywhere always a few teething problems but nothing worth mentioning here.


I just want to say thank you Agincare.

Sarah Richards

Job Title: Registered Manager Joined: 2023

Sarah became a Registered Manager in August 2023 and has worked in care for 22 years.


Sarah began working for Agincare in 2011 and flourished within the role. In 2016, Sarah was asked by her branch manager if she would consider becoming a Field Care Supervisor and Sarah jumped at the opportunity to progress in her career and successfully completed the interview. A few years later in 2019, Sarah stepped in as acting manager for the Agincare Weymouth branch to cover maternity leave. After returning back to her previous role, Sarah realised she needed more, so when the opportunity arose, Sarah took the Dual Manager role in Poole and Ferndown.


At home, Sarah is kept busy with her 4 children and loves to visit new places with her husband. Sarah loves spending time with her family, especially looking after her grandchildren.
