Agincare Poole (Home Care & Live-in Care)

I buy this service for my husband with dementia. His carers come once a day to wash and dress him. The carers have been unfailingly kind and compassionate. Now we have the same carers most days. He is a lovely man, and my husband looks forward to his visit. I am not so sure about the admin. I had great difficulty trying to arrange payment!

Thankful how quickly they arranged additional care at very short notice, after hospital stay, One carer is particularly helpful, and I look forward to his visits.

Times have improved. Need to have consistent times due to medical issues (insulin).

Very caring when my wife had a stroke and spotted it and called the ambulance service.

I couldn't ask for better carers, my mum loves them, they are always so helpful and supportive. It gives me peace of mind knowing my mum is looked after so well, thank you for all you do and making my mum smile again.

Agincare provided excellent care for my mum. All care staff treated my mum with dignity and respect. They went above and beyond and gave my mum in her last few months the best care possible. They treated her like they were looking after their own mother. She loved their visits and they made her smile and laugh a lot. I have worked in care and we had other care companies before Agincare and none of them come close to how good the Agincare staff are. I cannot thank them enough. They are the best care company ever.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences at Brushett House. I can't find fault with the staff. They have all adapted to my needs perfectly, they are all really lovely and have made me feel very much at home. The flat itself is really nice too. Like a new place. Could not be happier!

The staff are friendly.

Happy, friendly, amazing, honest, reliable, one member of staff in particular is very busy but always has time for any of us and always sorts out our worries or concerns. Area manager lovely always happy to talk to us and when they return they listen. All staff at Brushett House go the extra mile.

Having regular carers who you can trust not only to do their job but who also respect your property means a great deal.

This past year has been very challenging for both me and my grandfather. We had a few teething problems with the agency. A select few, as usual, were not great but as you guys know towards the end of granddads life things were going really well.

We went from 2 x a day care on a single carer up to 3 x double up and you guys were amazing I’m not allowed to say names but I know who you are and I can’t thank you guys enough for going above and beyond for him, and for me also. I will always speak highly of a select few, as you are classed as the best of the best.

But with anywhere always a few teething problems but nothing worth mentioning here.
