Agincare provided excellent care for my mum. All care staff treated my mum with dignity and respect. They went above and beyond and gave my mum in her last few months the best care possible. They treated her like they were looking after their own mother. She loved their visits and they made her smile and laugh a lot. I have worked in care and we had other care companies before Agincare and none of them come close to how good the Agincare staff are. I cannot thank them enough. They are the best care company ever.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences at Brushett House. I can't find fault with the staff. They have all adapted to my needs perfectly, they are all really lovely and have made me feel very much at home. The flat itself is really nice too. Like a new place. Could not be happier!

Happy, friendly, amazing, honest, reliable, one member of staff in particular is very busy but always has time for any of us and always sorts out our worries or concerns. Area manager lovely always happy to talk to us and when they return they listen. All staff at Brushett House go the extra mile.

This past year has been very challenging for both me and my grandfather. We had a few teething problems with the agency. A select few, as usual, were not great but as you guys know towards the end of granddads life things were going really well.
We went from 2 x a day care on a single carer up to 3 x double up and you guys were amazing I’m not allowed to say names but I know who you are and I can’t thank you guys enough for going above and beyond for him, and for me also. I will always speak highly of a select few, as you are classed as the best of the best.
But with anywhere always a few teething problems but nothing worth mentioning here.
I just want to say thank you Agincare.

Meet the Team (1)
Sarah became a Registered Manager in August 2023 and has worked in care for 22 years.
Sarah began working for Agincare in 2011 and flourished within the role. In 2016, Sarah was asked by her branch manager if she would consider becoming a Field Care Supervisor and Sarah jumped at the opportunity to progress in her career and successfully completed the interview. A few years later in 2019, Sarah stepped in as acting manager for the Agincare Weymouth branch to cover maternity leave. After returning back to her previous role, Sarah realised she needed more, so when the opportunity arose, Sarah took the Dual Manager role in Poole and Ferndown.
At home, Sarah is kept busy with her 4 children and loves to visit new places with her husband. Sarah loves spending time with her family, especially looking after her grandchildren.
