Agincare have looked after my parents for over 3 years.
They have always been professional and very caring.
I live abroad and I could only do that knowing that my parents were in safe hands and with Maria Rose and her team I knew my parents were safe and sound.

Our 96 year old grandmother has been with Agincare for 1 week and from the moment they took over her care they have been wonderful. They have treated her with compassion, dignity and respect and take time to sit and chat with her. The initial meeting to understand her needs was thorough and we felt
listened to and our concerns regarding her care from a previous company understood. Thank you Agincare, our Nan is happy again and so are we!

The care provided is consistent (permanent and time) and excellent in every aspect.
All the carers are highly skilled, compassionate, caring and have excellent communication skills.
My mum loves them all, and they make her life better at a time when she is very unwell.

Mostly happy and satisfied with the care my husband receives particularly with the regular carers. Unfortunately, the less frequent staff do not appear to generally read up the care plan and have made errors with his care. I also feel that some of the less regular staff need training on communication
with the client as even with dementia they should talk to him as well as each other and tell him what they are going to do to prepare him. This might reduce his agitation at times.

Generally very good some of my calls are too early but very satisfied with my care. My disability and bereavement has been handled very caring and professional. There have been some areas for improvement where I have been given a male carer in the morning and not the male carers I want.

I find all the carers very polite, very accommodating, always neatly dressed and very presentable. They always aim to keep your dignity too. Even the office staff are very friendly and try to help you whatever the situation may be.

I have used Agincare for many years. Late Dad and most recently sitting service for Mum. She looks forward to her visits and having someone to chat with. The staff at Agincare Christchurch are always friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate any changes due to falls/hospital etc. They are reliable
and give me peace of mind, which is extremely important.
