The carers that call treat my mother with dignity and care. My mother feels really safe and secure with the service they provide.
I have to look after my elderly father as well, so I really appreciate the carers coming to help Mum with her personal care, she really gets on with all the care team. On a personal note. I can't thank them enough for their work and professional care.

I am a service user and have been using Agincare for over 2 years, during that time, I have effectively got a good team who look after me so well. My needs include personal care as well as respite for my wife and dog. I can honestly say that having the time I get with my carers has changed my life to enable me to do the things I wouldn't manage on my own on a day-to-day basis, the 3 1/2 hour calls I get twice a week has made a massive difference to my life and my dog really enjoys the carers coming and going for a walk amongst other things I am now able to do. On the whole a reasonable service is given, the staff are friendly and eager to help. Special mention to the office staff who are always reliable and helpful. Always nice to have regular people who have formed a friendship with my friend and make him feel comfortable in his home.
