Very good service that was recommended to us. We have used AgingCare for about three years, and the overall experience has been consistently positive. Over that time our care needs have varied, and the service has adapted appropriately without causing problems or major disruption. We have not experienced recurring issues such as missed visits, poor communication, or delays that were difficult to resolve. The carers and coordination team have generally been reliable, professional, and respectful, which has helped us feel confident in the support provided. When changes have been required, things have typically been handled promptly and with clear updates, making the process easier for our family. We also appreciate that the service has taken our preferences into account where possible and has worked to maintain continuity. Based on our experience across multiple levels of care over several years, we would confidently recommend AgingCare to others looking for dependable home care support.

Carers varied but 98% excellent, polite, and very caring. Support was appreciated also by my daughter who needed to work rather than look after me on my discharge from the hospital and after the first few weeks, had to leave me on my own at night for 3 evenings a week. She was reassured to know that the carers would be checking on me, even briefly while she was away. Our manager was always helpful and approachable too. Many thanks all round.
