Carers varied but 98% excellent, polite, and very caring. Support was appreciated also by my daughter who needed to work rather than look after me on my discharge from the hospital and after the first few weeks, had to leave me on my own at night for 3 evenings a week. She was reassured to know that the carers would be checking on me, even briefly while she was away. Our manager was always helpful and approachable too. Many thanks all round.

Meet the Team (1)
Louise joined the Oxford branch as a Registered Manager in March 2023 and has been working in care for 20 years.
This is Louise's fifth Registered Manager role, previously being a Registered Manager for Complex Care Adults and Children, a dementia unit and domiciliary care at home. Louise began her journey in care 20 years ago, working in a nursing home, then moving on to acute psychiatry, drug and alcohol work and criminal justice services. Louise then moved on to elderly care, where she worked for 10 years before progressing into managerial roles.
Working in care for 20 years has meant Louise has gained many qualifications, including Level 5 in Leadership and Management, NVQ 2&3 in Health and Social Care, and Level 3 in Safeguarding and is currently studying Level 7 in Operations Management.
Outside of work, Louise loves to spend time with her friends and family, as well as her French Bulldog.
