I am very happy with the care I receive, especially my regular carer. I always feel safe and supported and if I need extra support from the team in New Milton office they are always brilliant kind and caring. After a bad start from a previous company. I cannot praise Agincare enough.

All staff are really lovely, the only thing that's wrong is the time they come to put my brother to bed but there we go. We have some really nice carers that come to sort my brother out for the day, all good.

I had carers coming to help me care for my husband in the last couple of months of his life. I always felt comfortable having them in my home. They were friendly, compassionate, efficient and vigilant in their care. I am grateful for the care they provided. They genuinely cared which meant a lot.

All carers are good at what they do, some are better than others. Some, usually the female carers, go the extra mile. They not only take great care of my personal needs and hygiene but also ensure my kitchen is neat and clean and tidy after they've finished. They do my washing and tumble drying...

Supplied care very quickly for 4 visits a day for the client's return home from hospital. The carers kept excellent time and were very kind, supportive, cheerful and friendly. Communication with the office staff was very efficient.

Care has been excellent. A special mention for two of the carers who have attended my wife most times during our stay, for their cheerfulness and diligence in their care.

A cheery smile and a good cup of tea at the beginning of my day made my recovery easier.

Overall my wife has been well cared for and has good relationships with her regular carers. However, we have experienced some issues with management and timings of carers calling which has caused some anxiety. Hopefully, this will resolve itself.

They are gentle and helpful and I found I enjoyed my shower and felt safe for the first time for ages - Very good! Nice to be pampered.

The care Dad receives is very good. We feel very lucky that Dad has the same two carers 4x daily/six days per week. They are a wonderful couple who have become like friends to Dad, Mum and myself. They are very caring and show Dad respect and dignity in providing the very personal care he requires.

Overall very pleased and satisfied with carers and office staff always willing to listen.
