I am very happy with the care I receive, especially my regular carer. I always feel safe and supported and if I need extra support from the team in New Milton office they are always brilliant kind and caring. After a bad start from a previous company. I cannot praise Agincare enough.

Even under a huge workload, he never fails to be attentive, personable and professional at all times.
I often note that he must be tired through over work and offer him to take a cup of coffee. He always declines but instead ensures that all my needs are met without fail and that I'm safe, settled and comfortable before he dashes off to his next client.
Other carers are also excellent but I must say that Fawad is tireless and exceptional in his approach and application to his work.

This isn't the first time they've helped out. Big shout out to the very friendly and efficient office staff and of course, to the wonderful carers. All staff are really lovely, the only thing that's wrong is the time they come to put my brother to bed but there we go. We have some really nice carers that come to sort my brother out for the day, all good.

I had carers coming to help me care for my husband in the last couple of months of his life. I always felt comfortable having them in my home. They were friendly, compassionate, efficient and vigilant in their care. I am grateful for the care they provided. They genuinely cared which meant a lot.

I am afraid that the male carers do not do much more than the basics, hygiene and food,, and leave. I've found food left out on the counter when it should be in the fridge, washing might be done, but no drying, or the tumble dryer has been used without cleaning out filters and water from previous use. I've asked for this to be done as it is a fire risk to re-start without the safety rules being used
Overall though, the care I receive on. a daily basis is good, and often excellent.

Supplied care very quickly for 4 visits a day for the client's return home from hospital. The carers kept excellent time and were very kind, supportive, cheerful and friendly. Communication with the office staff was very efficient.

Overall my wife has been well cared for and has good relationships with her regular carers. However, we have experienced some issues with management and timings of carers calling which has caused some anxiety. Hopefully, this will resolve itself.

The Agincare staff are friendly and professional. My mum's regular carers come 5 days a week, 4 times a day, and treat my mum with dignity and respect at all times. The care we receive is outstanding and a great comfort to my mum and the rest of the family. My mum is so happy to see a regular carer. They treat Mum like family. She waits for them day and night. The care Dad receives is very good. We feel very lucky that Dad has the same two carers 4x daily/six days per week. They are a wonderful couple who have become like friends to Dad, Mum and myself. They are very caring and show Dad respect and dignity in providing the very personal care he requires.

Meet the Team (1)
Donna joined the New Milton branch as a Registered Manager in March 2019 and has been working in care for 40 years.
Donna began working in a care home, making cups of tea and talking to the residents. This is when she discovered her love of providing care. Over the 40 years, Donna has worked in care and nursing homes, as well as supported living. Donna started working for a domiciliary care company in 2010 and discovered her passion for providing care to people in their own homes.
Donna has earned many qualifications, including Level 3 in Health and Social Care, Level 4 Team Management, Handling and Moving and currently undergoing Level 5 Team Management.
Outside of work Donna is extremely family-orientated and loves spending time with her grandchildren and taking her dog for long walks with her husband. Donna also spends her time sewing, reading and enjoying crafts.
