My carers are always very helpful. Timing is sometimes an issue.
Thank you for taking the time to give us a review; we are looking at the timing of your visit for you.
On the negative side, local management appear inefficient in responding to email requests and calls. Carers appear to be overstretched, leading to rushed care. Continuity of care from cover staff is occasionally poor, especially if they have not met my dad before. We also feel the varied mileage claim is unfair and should be standardised for all clients.

Just want to say how pleased we are with the care provided by the 5 main carers for my grandma. She feels very comfortable, safe and at ease with them. They are extremely efficient, caring and reliable as well as being lovely to both her and I. The 5 of them are a real credit to Agincare.

Meet the Team (1)
Donna joined the New Milton branch as a Registered Manager in March 2019 and has been working in care for 40 years.
Donna began working in a care home, making cups of tea and talking to the residents. This is when she discovered her love of providing care. Over the 40 years, Donna has worked in care and nursing homes, as well as supported living. Donna started working for a domiciliary care company in 2010 and discovered her passion for providing care to people in their own homes.
Donna has earned many qualifications, including Level 3 in Health and Social Care, Level 4 Team Management, Handling and Moving and currently undergoing Level 5 Team Management.
Outside of work Donna is extremely family-orientated and loves spending time with her grandchildren and taking her dog for long walks with her husband. Donna also spends her time sewing, reading and enjoying crafts.
