Agincare, Ross-on-Wye what can I say but THANK YOU. I was struggling as my partner's carer in his horrible bed-ridden illness. Agincare came in, we were not with you long unfortunately, and the due care, support, kindness, and compassion was exemplary. Sadly he died due to ongoing medical problems, so we all lost him. Since his passing carers have been visiting neighbours, they check I am o.k. when I see them out there, and THAT means a lot to me as I have been struggling. So Agincare is one of the best we both had and I would recommend them to anyone else seeking help as I needed. Thank You Charlie and her team.
I will ensure that this is passed on to all of the team, It is always wonderful to hear that their effort really makes a difference.
Thank you.
Your company do not tell me what, as the carer for my husband, if there is a change to carers coming. Do not seem to include me in anything being changed. I do not get a list of carers coming and at what time, when I do get a list it’s halfway through the week. Mostly I have to phone to know who is coming and at what time.
We are grateful that a service like this with a team like this are available. Best Wishes to everyone at Agincare, you are making a difference!
Hello Dan, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review of our service. We are really pleased to know that we are making a difference and I will ensure that I pass on your lovely comments to the team. The feedback you have given makes us feel very proud of the work we are doing and to know that our clients and family members are happy with us gives us great joy.
Our son age 40-ish qualifies for a personal assistant due to his mental health condition. It was very hard to find a care agency in Herefordshire and the first one we used was very poor and not mental health trained. Then Agincare came to our town and now provide him with 2 young ish men who are mental health trained and very engaging - so he is now very happy to have a personal assistant and is doing all kinds of things with them to enhance his life. As parents, we are delighted with Agincare's service, professionalism and care. We highly recommend them!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate your lovely feedback on Agincare. We thoroughly enjoy assisting your son, enabling him to enhance his life and doing the things that he loves to do.
Thanks again.
We were hugely grateful when Agincare stepped in to provide care in my parents' home, at a time when we were starting to think we would never find a provider with any spare capacity. Dealing with the area care supervisor and the care co-ordinator was easy and they were so helpful. Whenever we have needed extra cover or needed to ask for something to be changed, they have been obliging and have made every effort to meet our needs.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We really appreciate your kind feedback and it is a pleasure to look after your parents and be able to offer them the support that they require from us.
