As for the carers, they are a super bunch of ladies, who do this job because they care. They greeted Mum as though they were her daughters, they were gentle, efficient and gave Mum the support she needed until the end. Words cannot express my gratitude!
Thank you for your very kind words. Your mum was a lovely independent lady, who was very determined to remain at home. I am so glad we were able to support her with her wish. She will be missed by all. I will miss seeing her watching out the window when I go past looking and enjoying the dogs/children enjoying themselves which used to give her so much joy.
My experience with Agincare has been totally positive. I have a major mental illness and slowly, through devoted care, I have progressed from being very depressed to very positive and well.
It is lovely to hear that the care you have received has had a positive effect on your daily living.
Thank you so much to all the staff at Agincare for the level of care they provided to my mum. She looked forward to every morning and night call as not only was everyone so helpful but you all also provided friendship. I can’t fault a single thing and I am so grateful for everything you all did for her, no job was too big or small.
Thank you for your kind review, it was an absolute pleasure being a part of your Mum's care. The whole team has felt her loss and was saddened at her passing. Best wishes to you and the family, and the gorgeous new addition, your Mum would be so proud.
I have been with Agincare for four years and have the best carers taking care of me. I am constantly supported and I am regularly assessed for my changing needs.
Thank you for your kind review, a favourite call for all the staff that visit.
I have always found Agincare to be helpful and the staff very friendly. The carers have made a change in my life by helping me and/or doing things around the house. Sometimes I don't see anyone for 24 hours apart from the carers and I am so grateful to have that. The office staff always try and book carers to come when I have my shopping coming in between 11/12 midday or if I have appointments.
Thank you very much for your kind review, all staff are happy to assist where at all possible.
The management has always been helpful and the staff have been friendly, and supportive and do go out of their way if they can help in any other way. They have outstanding kindness and talk to them without judgement.
Thank you very much for your kind review. We are always willing to help and adapt to client's needs and wishes.
I am very happy with the care I get from Agincare. All the carers are very polite, and cheerful and do a good job in putting my wraps on my legs. I love to have creams on first and then tights and the wraps on last and then put on socks if I need them. I am very well looked after. Also, they do any job that I need doing such as washing up and taking the rubbish and recycling bags. I can rely on them and would recommend this firm.
Thank you very much for your kind review, all staff are willing to assist where possible.
The carers are always happy to see my uncle as he cheers them up a lot. Nothing seems to be a problem for his carers to deal with. They are normally on time for his calls. We are very pleased with the service they provide for both of us.
Thank you very much for your review, we all enjoy visiting your uncle.
I do not live near Mum, so don’t have regular contact with the carers. However, I am in contact with Mum two or three times a week. I have visited fairly regularly and have witnessed the carers at work. I have nothing but praise for the ethical and caring way they help Mum. Not only does this apply to the carers ‘on the ground’ but also to management in the office. The service is, in my opinion, outstanding. I also know that Mum's relationship with the carers is great and the rapport could not be better. A first-class service - thank you.
Thank you so much for the kind review, it is our pleasure to care for your mother.
Agincare have been visiting me in my home since I came out of hospital. I had a fall which broke my femur and now I am living with physical immobility, needing a stair lift at home.
Thank you for taking the time to review the service.
The staff are friendly and professional. They treat Mum with dignity and respect at all times. The care we receive is outstanding and a great comfort to me and the rest of the family. Thank you Agincare Eastbourne (Home Care & Live-in Care).
Thank you for your lovely review, Your mum is a delight to care for and your dedication to looking after your mum shows, it is our pleasure.
My husband has a sitting service once a week so I can have some free time. He gets on extremely well with the sitter and enjoys her company. His sitter is always pleasant and happy and makes sure my husband is comfortable and has everything he needs. She interacts with him very well and has built up a great relationship with him. She encourages him to help with hanging the washing and she is always ready to help with any chores that need doing.
Thank you for your kind review, I am so pleased to hear that they get on so well.
The team of carers go above and beyond in their care. The manager is exceptional, she goes above and beyond for her clients. Our auntie was with this agency for the last year of her life. Living 2 hours away we relied on the agency for everything and they did not let us down in the care given. Auntie was hoisted up to 2 -4 times a day. Showered and always looked and appeared well-groomed. Auntie wanted to die at home in her own bed. It is because of this agency her wish was carried out. Having got a phone call on the Saturday, the manager and her lovely carer stayed with her. They stayed until we got there and would have continued to stay (in their own time). Words are not enough, but on Auntie's behalf, we say a big, big thank you.
