Agincare UK Medway provides high-quality home care support in the South East region.

General home care services enable local people to remain living independently at home. Care services include domiciliary care, live-in care, sleep-in night care, as well as help with lunch clubs, shopping, bathing and domestic help.

Support services are offered for those with dementia, physical disabilities and learning disabilities.

Staff are selected that are kind and considerate; with strong care experience. Candidates are then strictly vetted, being fully CRB and reference checked, before taking a training course.

We have had homecare for my mother for over 18 months. The carers are very friendly and support my mother tremendously. They are very professional and nothing is too much trouble in their care of her. They make her laugh and having the same team and regular faces is essential as my mother has dementia
and a series of complicated needs. The office is great when we need to contact them with requests and changes.

After an initial hiccup in the first week when the designated carer did not turn up twice! We were sent another carer and she is a very pleasant lady and dad seems very happy with her.

Kelly Barnes

Job Title: Registered Manager Joined: 2017

Kelly began her career with Agincare in 2015 as a Care Worker and by 2017 had worked her way to Manager.


Kelly has been working in care for 12 years. After being a care worker for a couple of weeks, Kelly knew that she wanted to develop her career and knowledge within the care sector. This is when Kelly started her apprenticeship in Health and Social Care Level 2 and began to work her way up, gaining experience in all office operations.


During her 12 years in the care sector, Kelly has worked as a Field Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator, Peripatetic Supervisor, Deputy Manager and now Registered Manager. During this time, Kelly has also gained many qualifications, including Levels 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care and Level 5 in Leadership and Management and in the future will apply to the Open University to complete Level 7.
