Agincare Leominster (Home Care & Live-in Care)

I have regular carers from Agincare Leominster 3 x a day; the regular two are excellent, very compassionate, caring and understanding. Nothing is too much trouble; they just do what they need to do in a kind way. They go above and beyond the duty of care daily, always smiling and happy. I feel they need praise and positive feedback, as there are always negative clients. Many thanks, Agincare, for allowing these kind carers to look after me.

The service provided is excellent, always kept up to date by carers and office staff. Mum is always clean and comfortable with all her needs taken care of. Any changes required along the way have always been fully discussed, a plan formulated and put in place quickly and efficiently. Agincare have provided an outstanding care package to my mum. I have been greatly impressed with the staff who care so much about the clients.
