CareRight is reasonable and socially conscious in setting care rates and will take location, type of care and other factors into account, such as half hourly, evening and weekend visits. CareRight offers competitive and reasonable fees in line with regional standard for both urban and rural homecare services. CareRight also offers additional or enhanced client service visits FREE OF CHARGE, outside of normal proscribed personal care visits, such as social visits and therapy-dog visits from its very own Charlie, a trained Jack Russel therapy, and his handler Alexis.

My parents have both received care in their own home from CareRight over the past few years. In the last eighteen months, just my mum has received care. We have always found CareRight to be professional, responsive and completely reliable. They enabled my parents to live in their own home for as long
as possible. They have always been consistent, caring and thoughtful with excellent standards of care. As much as possible, using the consistency of the same carers, who have built up such a wonderful, trustworthy and thoughtful relationship with my Mum and Dad. The management team are understanding, flexible and adaptive to their changing needs. Going above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble. I can't thank them enough.

This care company has looked after my father until he passed in April of this year and now continue to look after my mother. Mum was very anxious and quite resistant about having a carer to take her out shopping . Since starting with Careright, she has only had positive things to say about the lovely carers who have been and actually admitted that she looks forward to them coming. This is a huge relief for me as I no longer
feel it necessary to pop in to see mum every day.
The whole process of setting up care for mum has been straight forward and extremely efficient Everyone who I have spoken to has been so friendly and understanding.

At first, my dad was not that keen on having carers and was fiercely independent. His needs at the time were relatively low, as time went on they increased from two to three visits a day. My dad's health declined quite rapidly last May 2024. My dad's needs started to increase and he soon got used to
the carers coming in the house. They were friendly and always helpful, also supporting me at times. They were always available when I needed to call them and they always rang with concerns (falls etc.) regarding my dad. My dad often played his accordion to them whilst they washed the dishes, prepping lunch. Unfortunately, my dad's health declined in the last few weeks and was treated for End of Life and passed away at home on 27th January 2025. The carers continued to care and support to the end. Thank you! My dad wanted to remain at home and with both myself and the carer's support my dad had his wish and that's what it's all about. Thank you.

I spotted a CareRight vehicle parked outside a local property on several occasions, so when my husband needed care at home I rang the local office. Someone came to see me and we decided that a morning visit was all that was required for the moment, but it soon became apparent that more visits were required
as my husband became more incapacitated. The carers now come 4 times a day and every carer treats my husband and me with utmost courtesy and kindness. They come on time, whenever possible, and always ring in advance if they get held up. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Mum got on well with all the carers. There was good communication between mum and the carers and she soon settled into a routine. It was helpful being able to just call into the office, a few minutes walk away, with any queries and speak to the friendly and helpful office staff. All in all a positive

When Dad came out of hospital, to say he wasn't keen on carers coming in was an understatement, but any concerns he had were soon put to rest once the managers came around to discuss his needs. All the carers that come into Dad are so friendly & helpful. From Dad's personal care to picking up any shopping
that he may need, nothing is too much. If they are ever running a little late they always ring ahead to reassure him they are on their way. If at any time we've had to phone the office the staff are always very courteous and obliging, couldn't recommend enough.

After several months in a home recuperating my relative asked to return home. CareRight was responsive to my request for carers and in just a few weeks 3 visits a day were set up. The office has always been welcoming and ready to discuss variations to rota as we have developed a plan that suits them.
The greatest praise must go to the carers who believe in the ideal of truly personal care and I have seen shared memories awoken of old hobbies. There are smiles and mischievous talk. Care work isn't easy, it takes time and thought to develop trust in 'strangers' in your home. Thank you.

I always tell everybody how good the carers are. The carers are marvelous and they do above and beyond the call of duty. The office staff are always helpful and I cannot praise the whole team enough.

On the whole very happy with the care provided for my husband. On the odd occasion when I have had to contact the office, I have always received kind assistance. It is a great comfort to me to have this backup.

Angel Home Care were engaged to help care for my father. Every carer who visited treated him in a friendly, compassionate manner. Having named regular carers ensured that a good relationship was established with both Dad and myself; equally, less regular carers were just as friendly and caring towards
us. If Dad was proving to be a little uncooperative at times, just the right level of firmness and persuasion was employed to ensure that the required care was given. The service was highly professional and thorough care given at all times. The advice given from long experience was gratefully received, assisting me to obtain services and equipment which facilitated better and easier care as well as to know when it was time to call in other health providers. Not only do these lovely ladies (in my case!) care wonderfully for the service user, they offer a friendly ear and encouraging support to the family at home. I really could not have managed without them. "Angels" they truly are.

Kelly Stevens

Job Title: Registered Manager

Joined: 2022

Kelly has worked in various Adult Social Care settings for over 17 years and gained invaluable experience with a diverse service user group. She has attained an NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care. Kelly is a dedicated manager with essential leadership traits such as integrity, communication and empathy.


Kelly loves meeting the families and representatives of those in need of care to run through their precise requirements, to reassure them that their loved one will be in excellent hands and receive the best possible care.

Kelly’s experience includes caring for the elderly and those learning disabilities, severe autistic spectrum disorders, mental health, dementia, physical impairments, sensory impairments, and those in need of end-of-life care. She has worked within not-for-profit, private, and corporate entities.


Prior to her appoint as CareRight’s Registered Manage, Kelly worked as a senior skills coach assessing Adult Social Care workers for 2 to 5 Diplomas, where she gained her Level 3 Award in assessing competencies of care workers in various disciplines.


Kelly is a fun-loving individual, enjoys team building activities and loves a party!

Marie

Marie Ebsworth

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Marie is our Deputy Manager to our Registered Manager Kelly, and has extensive hands-on and management experience gained over 17 years working the Adult Social Care sector.


Marie has worked extensively with the elderly and has great experience in dementia, Parkinson’s disease, physical impairment, sensory impairment, and in end-of-life care. Marie has obtained her NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care. Her roles before CareRight included working as a personal development manager, which supported care workers undertaking Level 2 and 3 Diplomas in health and social care.


All of this extensive experience has rendered Marie very capable of senior management duties in supporting the entire team.


Marie thoroughly enjoys her free time with social activities and is also one who likes a good party!
