Great service from the whole team whilst supporting with my recovery from hospital treatment. Cannot recommend enough. Nothing was too much trouble, helped provide a balance of assisting and pushing for independence

Angels have been amazing in accommodating a care package for my Nan, their communication is amazing and always answer to any query or help I need immediately. The staff are brilliant and will go above and behind to help care for my Nan and offer support in anyway they can to help take pressure off the family also. I would highly recommend Angels as I feel completely comfortable with them taking Care of my Nan as I know she is in safe hands with any of the carers.
Thank you for your kind review. All staff at Angels are very fond of Nan and we enjoy helping you all as a family
I sometimes look at these reviews thinking did they really say that but this one is for real and I am very happy to write it. The team at Angels Home Care Kent have been so lovely to my Mum, she is not always the easiest person to assist. The girls who came out always have given her dignity, if running late, called her, she knows them all by their first names and has never once complained, moaned etc. I know care providers can vary and the company we had before were awful. I am very happy to give this company a excellent review as they did exactly what they said they would, they have treated my mum like a loved gran, she really likes one carer in particular, but says they are all lovely girls. As a son its hard as you are trusting others to care for your loved ones, I have never had to ring, complain, be disappointed etc. If you want a caring company, I don't believe you will be disappointed.
Thank you so much for your kind review. Caring for mum has been an absolute pleasure and we are always on hand to help
The services given by Angels Homecare are outstanding. The carers are caring supportive and very helpful. My sister looks forward to their daily visits. I am more than pleased with the care they give and would highly recommend them.
Thank you for your kind review. Please contact us if we can provide any additional support.
It has been a pleasure meeting and communicating with the Angels Home Care Kent team.
Thank you for your wonderful review. It has been a pleasure working with you and your family to secure quality care for your mother.
I have found them very helpful and polite always keeping me well informed. A great help to me. I like the 48-hour notice to put more care in or opt out to take them out for lunch.
Great comfort for my mum with her dementia journey. I would recommend Angels.
Thank you for your kind review. It is an absolute pleasure supporting your parents.
On one occasion Dad had fallen out of bed and staff stayed with him for over 3 hours while paramedics and doctors attended so he had a familiar and friendly face present.
I have only praise for the Angels Home Care team. Their hard work enabled my dad to stay in his own home as he wanted and have a peaceful and dignified passing.
Nothing was too much for any of the team and meant the emotional and physical exhaustion of caring and supporting my father was reduced to just relaxed visits knowing he was clean, fed and cared for.
Thank you Angels!
Thank you for your kind review. It was a pleasure caring for your father and supporting him with his wishes to remain at home.
I have left in April 2024 as a private client of Angels Home Care because the round in my local area has been completely scaled back by management.
Thank you for your feedback. Yes, it was unfortunate that we had to scale back our delivery in your area due to staff capacity. We wish you well with your new care provider.
Very reliable, friendly and helpful, above and beyond regularly. Most importantly Mum is very happy with the care she gets. Angel's efficiency has allowed me to take a step back which is very much appreciated and needed. Couldn't be happier! Thank you ladies.
Angels really enjoy supporting your mum.
Regards,
Angels team.
My partner was left bedbound after a long stay in hospital. Angels Home Care (Kent) have provided a professional and comprehensive care package. My partner suffers from dementia and can sometimes be challenging but the carers are cheerful, friendly and flexible. All the carers are very good but some are exceptional. Not forgetting the office and management team who are always helpful and supportive. Angels Home Care (Kent) is an outstanding care provider and I can highly recommend them.
Regards,
Angels.
My uncle has been using your service for a couple of years, he only has nice things to say about the carers, he looks forward to them coming. On the odd occasion when an ambulance has been needed, I appreciate that the level of above and beyond care he has received. Always made sure he isn’t alone whether they have stayed or waited for someone to take over. It is a weight of my mind knowing they have his best interest at heart. My dealings have only ever been positive.
Thank you, Christine, we really enjoy looking after your uncle.
Can’t fault the carers for what they do and what they have to put up with, always polite and willing to go the extra mile for the service user, thank you for all the care you gave my mum over the years, especially towards the end.
Thank you for your very kind review, Angels Home Care thoroughly enjoyed caring for your mother.
As sorting things out for my house-bound Mum since Angels took over a few years ago, they have never missed a call and provide a great service. If there are any concerns or problems or any needs, they will always contact me and are very easy to work with. I can't rate the value for money as social services handle the payments so I don't know the total costs only the proportion that Mum pays. I have been managing care for over 7 years. Had a number of providers that had not been very good until Angels took over the care and although issues come up we can always sort them out and there has always been great care provided. So would give them the best rating for a care provider in their area.
Thank you very much for your kind feedback, the Angels team really enjoy looking after your mum.
It was a pleasure having Angel's Home Care, that they deserved even a bouquet of flowers as a thank you.
Thank you. We only wish that we could help you in your new home. We hope to change this one day and when we do we would be delighted to offer you the services Angels provide.
