I am responsible for the overall leadership, management and quality of our domiciliary care service. I ensure that care is delivered safely, effectively and in line with regulatory requirements and best practice standards. My role includes overseeing staff recruitment, supervision and performance while promoting a positive and supportive working environment. I work closely with clients, families, external agencies and the care coordination team to ensure person-centred care is provided. I monitor quality through audits and reviews, manage safeguarding concerns, support business development and maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.
My role is to lead and manage the team within our Slyne Supported Living Services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, choice, dignity and positive outcomes for the people we support. I am responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, policies, and best practice standards whilst ensuring services are delivered safely and effectively. This includes supporting, supervising and developing staff. Monitoring quality and performance, managing resources, addressing concerns or incidents and fostering a positive culture that prioritises individual needs, continuous improvement, accountability and excellence in care delivery.
