Our fees vary depending on the length of the calls that are required. The fees are discussed at the initial enquiry stage. We believe that our fees are in line with other providers in our local area. Please call us for more information.
We can deliver 30-minute calls through to 1-hour calls or more if required. Calls can be once a day or up to four times a day depending on the needs of the individual receiving the care. We also offer Live-in Care packages.

I have always found the company reliable and on time. I am happy to have various carers - all enjoy their work and have cheerful dispositions. The company seems to ve a happy 'family' who respect and support each other. I had a CVA I 1994 and suffered left hemiparesis and sensory disturbance. Recently I have had many trips to A&E and admissions - once home, the carers cope with the added challenges. One took control, alerted 999 when I fitted and stayed with my wife until they were sure she was ok.
The carers have always been most helpful to my Aunty in her personal care. Also, they have contributed to her general well being with their cheery and respectful manner. They are approachable and always keep informed of any developments.

We are happy to recommend this care provider. We have been using Bluebird Care Cheshire East for over three months and are more than satisfied with the service we receive. Bluebird currently provide my wife with care and help with personal hygiene and dressing and assist with exercises, for a total of one hour each day. Without exception, we have found all the care assistants to be well trained, professional, knowledgeable and caring. In addition, they are sociable and compassionate. A real joy to have around.

Liam is extremely proud to lead one of the few CQC Outstanding rated providers in the county. Liam believes having a well-trained, well supported, and happy workforce is key to delivering smiles on customers faces day after day.
Working closely alongside Liam, Melissa is our General Manager. With a first-class degree in business and management, Melissa has over ten years management experience and has managed teams of over one hundred and fifty people. Through her management experience Melissa brings strong leadership skills to the team, such as planning and problem solving, with a focus on ensuring a strong and consistent internal structure within the service.
Molly joined Bluebird Care in 2025, bringing with her just under 10 years of experience in health and social care. As a Level 4 qualified professional, Molly is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care that truly makes a difference. In her role as Care Coordinator, Molly works closely with Melissa to ensure our customers receive the best possible support while also providing guidance and encouragement to our amazing care team. Communication is at the heart of what Molly does—she believes in building strong relationships based on trust, understanding, and a shared commitment to compassionate care.
