So happy with all the ladies at Bluebird care who help me with mum's care, what I love about them is that they all actually love their job, which shows in the care they give back. They help me with every aspect of mums care, cleaning, washing and even bringing their own foot spa! superb service from outstanding staff!

The service, friendship and support we have received from the carers at bluebird has been and continues to be exceptional . They are professional, trustworthy, caring, and go above and beyond. As a family we very well supported and know my mother in law is looked after very well. The management are incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.

We are very happy with the care being provided to my aunt. Bluebird Care's kind, hardworking carers provide an excellent, reliable service. My aunt looks forward to their visits and her physical and mental health has improved since they have been helping her. Communication with family is excellent.

Really pleased with the care you provide for my sister who has dementia. They are so caring, she always looks so smart with her hair washed and curled. They always call her by her first name, they talk to her and make her smile. Nothing is too much for them. Very flexible with their visits if I want to take her out.

I have been using Bluebird for a long time now for all my personal care and all the staff provide a friendly and courteous service to the extent that I welcome the staff into my home. They have helped me with tasks I now find difficult to do and yet do it in such a way that is both respectful and maintains my own independence, which is important to me. They have a good upbeat mentality and and are very professional. They have a good management team to support their staff and clients plus on-call support for any issues which may arise. Bluebird staff are excellent in leaving my home and kitchen in a tidy, clean state and reaching standards that negate cross-infection or other health concerns. It's not always easy to have people in your own home but their care helps overcome those concerns and I am always happy to see them for my care which is sharing a few smiles along the way. The service times have been excellent and the company advises of any changes.

I have been with Bluebird for about seven years and they are the best you can have. When they say care, it is totally meant. I am so pleased that they come and help me. Fabulous care company, and staff are second to none.

Bluebird Care Wirral has always got a carer to us even during this extremely difficult time of Covid 19, even though occasionally a bit late. Carers are always thorough, gentle and amenable. They are prepared to get their feet wet when giving a shower! They have coped with whatever has been thrown at them.
