Katie is the Director of Bluebird Care Wirral & Liverpool and has dedicated her working life to the care sector. Having worked in care since the age of 16, Katie’s career began in support roles, including Kitchen Assistant and Laundry Assistant, before progressing into hands-on care as a Care Assistant.

From there, Katie worked her way through a wide range of roles, including Senior Care Assistant, Supervisor, Care Co-ordinator, Deputy Manager and Registered Manager, before becoming Director. This journey has given Katie a deep understanding of every part of the care service, from the day-to-day support delivered in people’s homes to the leadership, compliance and quality standards needed to run an outstanding service.

Care is clearly Katie’s passion. She is committed to ensuring that people in the local community receive safe, high-quality, compassionate and person-centred care that enables them to remain living independently in their own homes. Katie believes that great care starts with a strong, supported team, and she is passionate about valuing Care Assistants and helping them feel confident, respected and proud of the difference they make every day.

With years of experience across all levels of care, Katie brings knowledge, compassion and determination to her role. She is proud to lead Bluebird Care Wirral & Liverpool and remains focused on making a positive difference to customers, families, staff and the wider community.

Donna is our dedicated Care Manager at Bluebird Care Wirral & Liverpool and is truly passionate about delivering outstanding care to the people within our local community.

Donna’s journey with Bluebird Care began as a Care Assistant, where she quickly showed a natural ability to support people with kindness, dignity and respect. Through hard work, commitment and determination, Donna has worked her way through every role within the business, giving her a deep understanding of the care we provide and the importance of supporting both our customers and our care team.

Donna is determined to ensure every customer receives high-quality, person-centred care that helps them remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own home. She is passionate about building strong relationships with customers, families and professionals, and takes great pride in making sure care is delivered with compassion, consistency and attention to detail.

Having experienced care delivery first-hand, Donna understands the challenges and rewards of the role and is committed to supporting our Care Assistants to feel valued, confident and well-led. Her hands-on experience, caring nature and drive for excellence make her an important part of our leadership team.

Francis is the Deputy Manager at Bluebird Care Wirral & Liverpool and is a valued part of the leadership team.

Francis is passionate about supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and plays an important role in helping the service run smoothly each day. His role involves supporting customers, families and care staff, while helping to maintain the high standards expected across the service.

Francis has a strong focus on quality, compliance and continuous improvement. He works closely with the care team to ensure care is delivered safely, consistently and with dignity, kindness and respect. His positive attitude and motivational approach help support a strong team culture where Care Assistants feel encouraged, valued and confident in their roles.

As Deputy Manager, Francis helps oversee day-to-day operations, supports staff development and assists in ensuring customers receive care that is tailored to their individual needs, routines and preferences.

Leonie is the Digital Marketing Manager at Bluebird Care Wirral and plays an important role in sharing the heart of the service with the local community.

Leonie’s role focuses on promoting the values, people and positive outcomes that make Bluebird Care special. From celebrating customer stories and staff achievements to sharing helpful information about home care, she helps ensure families can learn more about the support available and feel confident when choosing care for themselves or a loved one.

Leonie works closely with the care team to highlight the compassionate, person-centred care being delivered every day across Wirral. Her work helps showcase the dedication of the Care Assistants, the achievements of customers and the strong community links that are so important to Bluebird Care.

Through social media, online content and community engagement, Leonie helps raise awareness of the services available while ensuring Bluebird Care Wirral remains visible, approachable and connected to the people they support.

Tracey is our Care Supervisor at Bluebird Care Wirral & Liverpool and is a valued member of our team.

Tracey joined Bluebird Care as a Care Assistant in 2022, where she quickly became known for her caring nature, reliability and supportive approach. While working out in the community, Tracey naturally began supporting other Care Assistants in the field, offering guidance, reassurance and encouragement whenever it was needed.

In 2024, Tracey progressed into the role of Care Supervisor, a position that recognised the leadership skills and dedication she had already shown. Tracey plays an important role in supporting our care team, completing observations, offering practical guidance and helping to ensure our customers receive safe, consistent and person-centred care.

Having worked directly with customers and families, Tracey understands the importance of delivering care with dignity, compassion and respect. She is passionate about helping Care Assistants feel confident in their roles and takes pride in being a friendly and approachable point of support for the team.

Tracey is committed to maintaining high standards of care across the Wirral and Liverpool community and continues to make a positive difference to both our customers and colleagues every day.

Halle is our Care Co-ordinator at Bluebird Care Wirral & Liverpool and plays an important role in ensuring our care runs smoothly each day.

Halle joined Bluebird Care as a Care Assistant, where she gained valuable first-hand experience supporting customers in their own homes. Through her hard work, dedication and understanding of the needs of both customers and Care Assistants, Halle progressed into the role of Care Co-ordinator.

In her role, Halle helps to organise care visits, maintain continuity and ensure the right support is in place for our customers. She works closely with customers, families and the care team to help provide safe, reliable and person-centred care within the community.

Having worked in the field herself, Halle understands how important consistency, communication and kindness are in home care. She works hard to make sure customers feel listened to and supported, while also helping our Care Assistants feel informed, valued and confident in their roles.

As Care Co-ordinator, Halle is often one of the key links between the office, our customers and our team in the field. She takes pride in helping to solve problems, respond to changes and support the smooth day-to-day running of the service.

Jackie is our longest serving staff member and has dedicated the last 10 years to Bluebird care, she joined us as a care assistant and progressed to supervisor.

Having worked in care for over 20 years Jackie has dedicated her working life to the care and wellbeing of others in our community.
