We have only been receiving care for my mum for a few days but we have already realised the service and care that Bradcare provide are outstanding. All staff are respectful, compassionate , friendly and professional towards my mum and the other members of family. There was a crisis early in the care
and a member of the team immediately alerted medical staff meaning that mum received prompt care and attention. We are so grateful to the team, it's given us confidence and reassurance and taken pressure off the family. Thank you Bradcare.

Every single carer that has assisted me has been friendly, professional, kind and efficient. I cannot fault any of the carers. Highly recommend.
The management overall can be helpful but I did raise a query re my care plan timings over 2 weeks ago and management have still not responded. Not even a
courtesy call. So I feel very let down and this should be improved.

The service is expensive
Some staff are difficult to understand due to their accents,
They don't always turn up on time due to they have got behind with previous clients - so don't have enough time allotted to them to serve each client properly everyday.
The staff are always pleasant and have a laugh
and a joke.

The carers are so professional and help me so much. As for the office staff, not so helpful.

Being a client of Bradcare since September 2024 after leaving the hospital and undergoing respite. The care I have received from the staff has been very positive and supportive. I must admit the company are totally value for money for the care they give. I use them in the morning and preparing a meal
at lunchtime every day with dignity. I would recommend this company 100%.
