We have a dedicated team from Brancaster looking after my loved ones .it is pleasure to see the bonds that has developed between them all.. Nothing is too much trouble, the professional carers welcome advice and support from our family, but equally they provide reassurance and support to us as well
as our loved ones
Everyone has worked/ works together to provide support and care that improves their wellbeing and it is evident. A trip out with Harris has seen an improvement in my dad's wellbeing !
The standard of care and the genuine compassion is outstanding.Brancaster care staff allows me to leave my parents for the rest of the day knowing my loved ones are in the best hands and properly cared for. It's priceless and the quality of care is high. The high standards start at the top, the owner/manager is highly professional,kind & accessible. His standard of care is what his staff deliver. Overall my mums care experience is good/very good. Experienced, long serving staff are excellent.
Some new members of staff would benefit from further training/shadowing experience as some have struggled with my mums requirements. Our relationship with management team is generally very positive.

The service I get is very professional and personal. They all know what I like Cup of Tea and biscuits.
I have a girl (carer) who is very good and she should excel to the next level, I hope.
The carers are all a very polite when I have visitors or Doctors come out to visit me.

I write to express my sincere appreciation for the care provided by your wonderful Team to my Mum. Everyone is kind and caring and their arrival at various times throughout the day cheers Mum up. Mum's dignity is always respected, and there is not a lot of dignity when one reaches such a great age.
It would be impossible for me to care for my Mum in her own home at this stage in her life without your support; it is a huge comfort to me knowing she is clean and well looked after. I feel ashamed your profession do not receive more recognition for such a valuable contribution to the community and from what I have observed the pay structure seems to fall far short of the expertise required and the demands of the job. I hesitate to use the word "job", it is a desire to make a difference to people's lives.
