The team provides personal care, including washing and dressing, toileting, continence care, and medication assistance, alongside companionship, feeding and drinking support, and household help, including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping.
Staff undergo pre-employment checks, including DBS and right-to-work checks, and receive training, supervision, and regular spot checks. Medication competency is recorded for all staff. Service users and families are encouraged to share feedback through reviews.
Live-in care is available with a 15% discount. Clients are encouraged to contact the team for a personalised quote tailored to individual needs.

We have found each and every one of the carers to be compassionate, respectful and attentive to Dad's, and our, needs. They always treat him with dignity and kindness which means a great deal to us as a family at this incredibly difficult time of his life. Eunice and team always do their best to bring some fun and happiness to his day; they make him as comfortable as they can and ensure he is well cared for. All the carers are profoundly compassionate, patient and kind, treating my brother in law with the utmost dignity and ensuring that he is comfortable whilst maintaining his independence as much as possible. Qasim and Rajveers gentle humour, calm presence and warm conversations make him feel heard, deeply respected and have helped to maintain his pride and self esteem.
