We started using Acer Care when my mum came out of hospital after a fall earlier this year. She has three visits a day. This was the first time we had used carers and the manager helped us navigate everything. The carers are professional and caring towards my mother. They don't rush and have an agreed checklist for each visit. We have access to those details via an app which is helpful. I would recommend them.
I have never had any problem with any of the staff at Acer Care/Care for me. I would highly recommend the company to anyone. The carers have the time and patience for you at all times and always have a happy smile. This is the first time I had to have care at home and no problems at all.
Mum has been having Care4Me for the last 2 years and we have been more than happy with the care she receives from them and the peace of mind it gives us, her family. The carers are always very friendly, attentive and helpful and the office staff bend over backwards to make sure that everything runs smoothly (even when there are last-minute changes to the routine).
