The care, kindness and support my aunt and myself received was outstanding and holistic to her needs.
I was so impressed by the continuity of care as she required 4 visits a day. The main cares built up a special rapport with her and provided excemplenary care and support .
I always felt confident her needs were being met well . The on line documentation was reassuring and I got regular updates and support for myself as well.
Thank you for your care and kindness.
Thankyou for your kind words.. we loved caring for your aunt and the carers built up a relationship with her. Thankyou once again for taking the time to add your comments of us as a service to vulnerable people.
My grandad was very reluctant to have carers. He put up a big fight and refused to accept it, until he met the girls and they became a huge part of his ending making his final months happier and less lonely. One staff member in particular went above and beyond her duty often visiting him outside her hours, including while in hospital.
it was a pleasure to look after your Grandad thanks for a lovely review x
He looked forward to their visits and knew bang on each day when to expect them!
Couldn't have asked for more and even after we lost them, some of the girls visited his grave regularly and left gifts and cards
Was a pleasure looking after your grandad thanks for such a lovely review x
Fantastic carers so professional, understanding of needs, very quick to pick up the calls, definitely recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you for all you did you all went above and beyond. Family felt so much better knowing we was in good hands.

All of the staff showed care and compassion to my Mum, she had several mental health issues including dementia. All staff offered a strength based approach to encourage independence, offered reassurance and emotional support when she became anxious, and social stimulation on every call. Mum loved seeing them daily, they always managed to get a smile out of her, she honestly looked forward to their visits.
Knowing Mum was safe and cared for enabled me to work knowing she was in good hands.
I cannot praise or recommend this company enough, from management to care staff they always went above and beyond to ensure Mums care and support need were met.
Any problems were acted on and resoved immediately.
Regular care staff that got to know Mum made such a difference and they became family friends.
I could go on but I am running out of space :-)
Was a pleasure looking after your mum thank you for such a lovely review x
My relative had been difficult with the previous care giver. Care Counts were really good with how they handled and interacted with my relative.
Definitely to be recommended.
Thanks for a lovely review was a pleasure looking after your relative, glad you was happy with the service.
Care Counts has supported my dad for four years, starting when he lost his wife and needed support from once a day with meals, to him requiring four calls a day to assist him with all his activities of daily living. They have supported him with consistent carers showing dignity and understanding when he still needed to be as independent as he could, they have made him laugh and smile and tolerated him when he was grumpy. As a relative living six hours away, they have kept me informed regularly and made me aware of any concerns, helped by contacting other agencies when required, and shown empathy towards me when I needed support. I feel they have given above and beyond what was expected, as a family we can’t thank the team enough, allowing him to stay at home until he died in hospital at nearly 90 years old.
Thank you for the review, it was a pleasure to be able to look after him and make sure he was able to remain at home as long as possible. All the carers will miss him and you as a family, but will be able to celebrate his life and say goodbye with you all next week.
Excellent support with friendly, efficient and willing staff. Always willing to go that extra mile in helping with prescriptions, home-cooked meals, locating a hairdresser, chiropodist and cleaner. Considering my brother-in-law's physical situation, he is happy and contented with the care he received four times a day. He is secure in knowing who is attending and what time.
Thanks for such a lovely review, it is a pleasure to care for him.
Excellent care by Care Counts.
I have recently had bad sciatica and needed that bit of extra time. To Care Counts staff, it is no problem they always help me out and I feel comfortable and completely safe with all the staff and totally trust them all with everything.
I just wanted to write about how wonderful the staff are at Care Counts. They have looked after my mum at home for quite a while now and nothing is too much trouble for them. From the excellent, daily care they provide Mum to stepping in to cover when needed. The staff always keep me informed of any concerns and liaise so well with the district nurses to provide all-round care. The ladies have such a caring approach and Mum loves to see them. I don't know what I'd do without them!
Thank you for your kind words, the carers love looking after your mum. Thanks for taking the time.
From Care Counts initial assessment and requests for help with ongoing developments with Mum, I am delighted that this company has been flexible to her changing needs. The carers are friendly, reliable and efficient, and I am informed regarding illness/falls etc. They keep me updated on their visits via their portal on my phone, giving me peace of mind and allowing her to remain safely in her home as long as possible.
Thank you for such a lovely review; we really appreciate it.
My carers are great, they help me maintain my independence living in my home. Throughout the current pandemic, they have kept me safe and reassured. I don't know what I'd do without them. I look forward to their visits every day.
