We have had Carers at Home from 2012 till now as they look after my husband. I have no words to describe how they help us. They are second to none. The carers are excellent, they show loving care that we feel very comfortable and we do trust them. Last year September when l was away , they well looked
after my husband that he felt comfortable . Thanks to the management especially Carina, for coming to visit and see my husband in person. This makes us feel loved , valued and well listened to our concerns . Thank you again.Carers at Home team. This January you brought a device in our home for carers to log in and out . We appreciate it but we thought it would have been nice if you had notified us and explained before bringing that device . We are not sayong it is bad, but we would have loved to be given information about it , allow us to ask questions if possible.

We're delighted to hear how comfortable and supported you and your husband feel, and we truly appreciate your praise for our carers and for Carina's visit - personal connection is incredibly important to us.
We're also grateful for your honest feedback about the new logging device. We apologise for not explaining it beforehand - you absolutely should have been informed and given the chance to ask questions. We'll make sure communication is clearer going forward.
Thank you again for your trust and for being part of our Carers at Home family.

The carers understand my Father's changing needs as his health condition changes. They treat him with respect and with care. They regularly ask to see what more they can do to help on each visit. Professional, polite and caring.

I am happy with the care John receives from the carers, most of them understand his particular needs from a mental point of view but can forget that his hearing is very poor without his hearing aids in.
The help I receive ,without having to ask for it , is much appreciated.
The office is very supportive
and tries to help me when I need extra help or need to alter the roster .
I would recommend the company to anyone looking for carers.

I have been with Carers at Home for over three years, and over those years have been very happy with my carers, they have been an absolute joy to see and I look forward to seeing them every day. They always cheer me up, with their smiles. I feel very happy to have such lovely girls. The office staff
are always happy to help, although I rarely need to contact them.
If the carers are going to be late because of changes, especially in the evening it would be good if the office could let me know. We tend to eat after the carers are finished. Thank you all for all the work you all do, it is greatly appreciated.
Reply from Carina Kirby, Care Manager at Carers at Home Waverley & GuildfordThank you for your lovey review.
We are pleased the carers bring some joy to your day when they come.
We apologise if sometimes the carers are a little late, but this is sometimes out of our hands and we are not aware. Once we know we will always endeavour to inform you so not to cause any inconvenience.

My Father has had carers twice a day for the last 2 years and they are all so lovely and kind. They do everything very well but most of all they really actually do care a lot for my Father. The office is brilliant, everyone always so helpful and very quick to respond and change things when I need. They
also think ahead and come up with great support if my Father needs extra help.
Occasionally timings do change last minute but that is usually due to carers being ill.
Thank you everyone for all you do for my Father.

Carers at Home cared for my mother for about 18months, visiting 3 times a day. They assisted her with personal care, preparing meals and administering medication. My mother was very happy with the care and the carers. She had regular carers which gave consistency and she said they were all very kind,
caring and respectful. They encouraged her independence where possible and always gave her choices, selecting what to wear each day and meals. The carers were excellent in reporting to the office or on-call any concerns. On one occasion when the carer arrived she found my mother on the floor, she immediately called an ambulance and notified the on-call person. The carer stayed with her until the paramedics arrived and waited until she was transferred to hospital. My mother said afterwards that the carer was very calm, kind and reassuring while they waited. Both she and the family are very grateful to Carers at Home for the excellent care she received.
Reply from Samuel and Katir, Owners at Carers at Home Waverley & GuildfordThank you for sharing such a thoughtful account of your mothers experience. Were truly glad to know she felt supported, respected, and encouraged in her independence throughout her time with us. Your kind words about the consistency and compassion of our carers mean a great deal to the whole team.
Were especially grateful for your recognition of how calmly and professionally the carer responded during a difficult moment ensuring your mothers safety is always our priority.
Thank you to you and your family for the trust you placed in us and for your generous feedback.
