Carriane Care have been excellent care providers. I have a variety of physical health issues along with severe mental health issues. This means that I rely on staff to help me with a mixture of activities from; personal care, cooking meals, cleaning, and helping me to access the community. All staff have been super professional and very knowledgeable along with a nice blend of friendliness and approachability. Staff are so well trained and all are aware of my personal needs. Without Carriane Care's input with their holistic care package, I'd be sadly and hugely lacking because they make such a big difference to my life.

My husband used this agency since 2022 and his happy of the service. And if theres a time that carer dont do their job properly, i let them h m know and I hey take actions to put it right , which is good and feeling safe

I know if there is a problem 8 can text the team to get it resolved.

We were introduced to Carrianne Care by a relative, and I cannot praise them highly enough. The carer for my husband comes twice a week to shave and dress him. She is always on time and arrives at the door with a big, cheery smile. It is so lovely to hear my husband talk and laugh with her, as with his dementia, he doesn't communicate so well these days. To have the same carer come each day is so reassuring. Carrianne Care only charge for the actual time that the carer is in the house, making it so much more affordable. Thank you Carrianne. I can't praise you enough.

An amazing team, very kind and compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble. This was an excellent service to use whilst mum was convalescing. Complete peace of mind for the whole family. We would definitely use the service again if necessary and have no reservations about recommending the team again. Thank you Carrianne Care Ltd.

Find Carrianne Care very good. Had the same carer from beginning which I like. They let me know if she can't come or is going to be late. Family find care reassuring to know I'm ok on mornings carer comes and I've had a shower.

The care that I have received so far from Carrianne Care has been exemplary. I feel very very well looked after. Particularly considering the previous care I received before I moved to this area. Even before I moved here the care was set up ready for me.

We have experienced care for families in care homes and at home. Building a support team requires love, commitment, understanding, and openness on all sides.

I cannot praise or recommend Carrianne Care highly enough! Both my parents have Dementia (1 pre-diagnosis and 1 recent diagnosis). We had previously been using a large, corporate service provider to 'Care At Home' for my parents, assigned to us by Adult Social Care. There were several issues with the level of service provided and the standard of care given. It was clear their priority wasn't the client. We made the switch to Carrianne Care on May 24 and it's honestly the best thing we did! It's the absolute polar opposite of the previous agency used. That was clear from the first visit and has remained throughout. The Carrianne team are so friendly and helpful, not only caring for parents but have also massively supported us as a family and offering us advice and guidance. They focus on person-centred care and you have your 'regular' carers to help with continuity of care and build rapport and friendship. If you want a team of professional, compassionate and friendly carers who actually care, you've found them!

Overall a pretty good service. The carers are very good and very polite to me. They are good at what they do. I'm actually quite lucky as the carer who looks after me can cook. Because I often need her to prepare and cook for me. As I find it difficult to do myself. The management is always available to take my calls or texts if I need to contact them too. And they also contact me to let me know if/when my carer is running late for whatever reason.

I cannot fault this care agency. The management and all the carers were friendly, efficient, empathetic, well-trained and always put the client first. They would also willingly help out at very short notice. Nothing was too much trouble.
