County Medicare Professional Nursing & Care Services Ltd

County Medicare have been visiting my father daily since November 2025 and I cannot speak highly enough of them. They have been kind, friendly, professional and extremely flexible. We have regular review meetings where they are not only making sure my dad is Ok but my mum too. My dad really looks forward to their morning visits and especially enjoys the chat each day. Nothing is too much trouble and we would highly recommend them.

I'm very happy with the care plan that is provided, my mother is at ease with the carers they are kind considerate of my mothers care she found it difficult to let go of her independence due to her medial health issues, but she smiles when her carers attend and is always letting myself her daughter, know how lovely they all are from the daily care to the cleaner who helps keep my mum in her little home that she loves, nothing is ever to much for the carers. As a family this gives us a huge relief to know mum is being well cared for . They have a wonderful communication with myself so I'm made aware immediately if there are any issues of concern. We are blessed to have them thanking them for there service Kimmy daughter if Rise who is in your care.

We are very happy with the care we receive from County Medicare. The staff are friendly and efficient, and if there are unavoidable delays in their arrival they always let us know. In the past they have stepped in and helped me deal with a situation I just couldn't - and didn't even charge me lots! I am so pleased we chose County Medicare when my husband was released from hospital nearly three years ago. They have kept us going since then. Can't recommend them highly enough. Susan

We have had county medicare for some months now. My father has had up and down health issues resulting in lots of hospital visits. The carers have been amazing and dealt with all situations that come with caring for the elderly. They take the worry away and i have complete trust in the care they provide. My father couldn't have the indepence he is able to have without the fantastic care he recieves. They are cheerful and nothing is too much trouble. It is an excellent service provided by all the team.

We can't fault County Medicare. The care they have given my Mum and Dad over several years has been first class. They are professional, thorough, kind and caring. The support they have given myself and my brother as well as my parents, has been amazing. The carers work as a close team, updating the team if they notice anything different regarding Mum's behaviour, health or medication. If they have concerns, they let us know. The advice and guidance they give is always straightforward and sensible.

County Medicare Professional Nursing & Care Services are the most fantastic organisation! All the carers take special care at my mother and go beyond the call of duty. I meet several of the carers and all of them have genuine affection to my mother which leaves me with confidence that they do a great job. Highly recommend.

General service overall, excellent. Very odd times service will fall but this is ok. I would question hand hygiene. I give thanks for jobs done without payment. Thank you.

County Medicare Professional Nursing & Care Services have supported my husband for nearly 2 years. As his needs have increased, they have helped me to gently persuade him to accept more help. They are skilled, knowledgeable and very observant, team communication is excellent. When a crisis has arisen, they have responded, increasing staff and even the director dropping everything to come out. I feel completely safe knowing they are caring for my husband, especially when I'm at work.

All of County Medicare staff are excellent, kind and caring. Any delays are unavoidable, road closures etc. Always helpful. I have left my mother in their care while away on holiday and have never had a problem and my mother has always been happy on my return. I would not hesitate to recommend County Medicare to anyone. Standards and reliability are good.

I have had carers morning and evening for the past 3+ weeks whilst recovering from a bad fall, which culminated in fractured ribs etc. I would like to say how brilliant the team of ladies have been during that time; I, therefore, would highly recommend the care and excellent service that they provide. If and when, in the future, I have need of their services again, I would be very happy to have them again. A very big thank you to a highly professional team.
