County Medicare Professional Nursing & Care Services have supported my husband for nearly 2 years. As his needs have increased, they have helped me to gently persuade him to accept more help. They are skilled, knowledgeable and very observant, team communication is excellent. When a crisis has arisen,
they have responded, increasing staff and even the director dropping everything to come out. I feel completely safe knowing they are caring for my husband, especially when I'm at work.

All of County Medicare staff are excellent, kind and caring. Any delays are unavoidable, road closures etc. Always helpful. I have left my mother in their care while away on holiday and have never had a problem and my mother has always been happy on my return. I would not hesitate to recommend County
Medicare to anyone. Standards and reliability are good.

I have had carers morning and evening for the past 3+ weeks whilst recovering from a bad fall, which culminated in fractured ribs etc. I would like to say how brilliant the team of ladies have been during that time; I, therefore, would highly recommend the care and excellent service that they provide.
If and when, in the future, I have need of their services again, I would be very happy to have them again. A very big thank you to a highly professional team.

Jade Morris

Job Title: Owner/ Finance Manager Joined: 2009

Please meet Jade, she is the Deputy Manager at County Medicare, Finance Manager and Joint Owner.


Jade first started at County Medicare in 2009 on an Office Administrative apprenticeship. Once her apprenticeship was completed in 2010 Jade moved into learning the Payroll. By 2012 Jade was promoted to Finance Manager. In 2015 Jade began working with the clients and was then able to get a feel for the business as a whole.


In more recent years Jade progressed through the company and as a result, is now a proud owner of County Medicare.

Lisa began at County Medicare in 2007 as a Health Care Assistant. After working in the branch for many years, Lisa was promoted to Senior Care Assessor in 2015.
