I was recommended by a friend and have found the agency to be of a very high standard.
When looking for home care for my husband, I looked at several agencies in the locality and this one was recommended. Having made contact, management moved things very quickly and we had a carer within a week. All carers showed exceptional compassion and dedication in dealing with my husband. After 65 years of marriage, this was extremely important to me and the family. My husband thought the world of all his carers who attended.
The staff from Daily Care Agency go above and beyond - we love them! Our dad had previously been cared for by other home carers, and we were always worried about the care he was receiving. We never worry about his new team. The staff have gotten to know our dad and made him feel really comfortable with them. He’s so happy now, and we couldn’t ask for more!
We always found The Daily Care Agency very helpful and considerate, many times going above and beyond what was asked of them, all of the staff had a very caring nature and found time to take an interest in all that was going on.
Daily Care are a very professional agency with a super team of cares that look after my wife with four visits a day. She looks forward to them coming as they are always cheerful and make my wife laugh and lift her spirits, but always professional. All the team do it because they care and I would always recommend them to anybody else.
Very many thanks to all two ladies that have looked after my wife perfectly over the past months. Above and beyond their caring was the attention to my coping with what became an intolerable situation. They are always very cheerful and they really lift your spirits, my sister-in-law loves to sing and bless them they join in with her if they know the songs. I am staying with them for extra support and they always ask me if I’m ok, is there anything they can help me with, I’m 76 years old and not in the best of health and it’s so reassuring to know they have your back.
A small company but they have the biggest heart. They do generally care.
Throughout this period we had a small team of carers who became extremely close to my parents, providing a highly professional service with a real personal warm touch. My Dad in particular was delighted to see the care team arrive, and they were always ready with some good conversation (and often laughter) to cheer him along. The carers were very quick in their work, and managed the arrangements brilliantly. The manager was a real help to us in finding out and arranging a lot of important details, such as how to secure regular deliveries of sanitary products, and how to manage prescriptions and drug deliveries.
During this time, despite being entirely incapable of moving himself, and confined to his bed and his chair, my Dad never suffered from any bed sores or similar discomforts, and minor issues (sore skin or itchiness) were immediately addressed and rectified. We were also amazed and delighted that he never experienced any chest infections or similar, despite having COPD and being in a vulnerable situation. I believe this is in part a compliment to the Daily Care team and their very high attention to details and professional approach.
I strongly recommend the team to anyone looking for a warm, caring, professional and highly competent care service.
