Dove Homecare is based in Olton Solihull, providing a live-in or domiciliary care service. Domiciliary care mainly covers Knowle, Dorridge, Solihull, West Midlands and Coventry.
The live-in service covers the whole UK. All carers are fully qualified and trained and DBS checked.

Very reliable, caring company that looked after my mother impeccably. Very professional and personal at the same time, can’t thank them enough for their support over the past months, it has been an absolute blessing. They have made my mother feel human again with their caring nature.
Having a carer was something I never thought in my 50s I would need and then I got an illness and began to lose my independence. Dove now provides a carer tailored to my requirements. Someone to take me out shopping, to the gym, help with my precious dogs that are my world and now I'm getting some life and normality back. Dove tailor the carer to you and your carer becomes a friend that thinks of everything. I would definitely recommend
We are in our ninth month of help from Dove Home Care for my husband who has vascular dementia. We are delighted with the level of care and attention he receives during the 2 x 4-hour visits and also the support I am given as his carer - these hours are a respite. Over time his needs have inevitably changed and these have been anticipated, taken account of and adjustments made - very reassuring for me. Personal care needs have always been addressed to a high standard but the real value is in the physical and mental stimulation and encouragement he has been given. Without that quality support, I am sure his condition would have deteriorated more quickly. It has also been very reassuring to be able to call into the office and know that whatever occurs, all will be done to achieve the best outcome for us. Our thanks to all at Dove Home Care.

Compared to other agencies Dove Home Care comes out on top. I have been provided with excellent care, including; personal care, cleaning, errands, shopping meals and drinks made as required. Plus a chance for some social interaction as I am housebound. During this current crisis, I have always been looked after, for which I am most grateful. Many thanks to all.

Dove Home Care provided relief care for my sister at very short notice. Staff members came and assessed her care needs and made sure the family was happy with what was to be put in place. I met with the manager on occasion and was more than happy with the care they gave to my sister who suffers from dementia. They were very professional and personable. We were contacted about any concerns they had and we found this very reassuring but they also showed initiative when required. Thank you all.

My cousin has had her care every day during this pandemic. Not once has she felt unsafe or the 'care' been sub-standard. I am so grateful to the Dove Home Care team. I live miles away and so couldn't be involved in any way, especially in the total lockdown. Such a relief to know that when I phone her all was well and her daily start was 'normal'. We found the carers to be professional and kind, they went out of their way to make Dad's last weeks comfortable. They showed him compassion and went above and beyond when needed, they were also caring towards us.
Sometimes it is disruptive when carers arrive at different times, ie. tea time between 5.30 and 6.30 so it is difficult to plan mealtimes.
We are fortunate to have a core group of carers who look after my wife and she is used to.
In some cases, the carers are let down by the management who do not provide hands-on training but rely on the carers watching videos.

The staff coming in to care for my mum have been absolutely lovely, caring and showing great kindness.
I needed night care support urgently and was surprised to find a few companies able to offer this. Thankfully I found Dove Home Care and from my first enquiry to the final night's service, everything fell perfectly into place. The relative who needed support was relieved as was I, that provision could be made quickly, comprehensively assessed and contracted. To our joy, the allocated carer was EXCELLENT, professional and kind. She was also really friendly which gave us such confidence in leaving our cared-for person in her very safe hands thank you.

I had a right side hip replacement on 10th May 2018 and had booked Dove Home Care Agency Ltd from May 15th over several hours and overnight and then for some daytime hours. The care and service I received was excellent - the ladies also helped with some household duties until I became more mobile. I did already recommend Dove Home Care Agency Ltd to a friend who also had a good report. I used Dove Home Care Agency Ltd last year when my other hip was replaced.
Regular help and shopping. A great help.
