A highly professional, skilled and experienced staff team with high standards of care. They were very supportive and respectful in all aspects of the care provided. Their kindness, understanding and good humour were very much appreciated by mam and all the family at a time when life can be challenging and people are feeling vulnerable facing an uncertain future.

The care my mother received from the team after a recent hospital stay was excellent, the team were so supportive and helped my mother regain her confidence. My mother also appreciated their company, everyone was supportive and made her feel secure in her home.

I have had PRIME CARE in looking after my hubby since the beginning of September, ALL the carers who helped him are professional, polite, helpful, friendly, and caring not just for my hubby for me as well. It has been a pleasure to get to know them all it's just a pity they are there for a short time. 5 stars should be 10 stars ********** I can't thank them enough for all the help they give my hubby. They are a great team.

Today a staff member visited my father for an assessment. I find it really hard to express the effect she had on us. It was as if a bright light had landed in the room and the despondency and fear I had felt over my father's future was under control. She's a wonderful lady.

I am really delighted with the service I and my husband received. All the carers involved from the Prime Team helped him to wash and dress each morning. The change in my husband's life was so noticeable - he became more outgoing and reacted so well to the carers involved and I cannot thank them and the rest of the Prime Team at Gateshead enough. My husband has a terminal illness and the help he received and the benefit to him of that help, has convinced my to reach out to the private sector to continue to help him; however, without the experience of the Prime Team's help I would not know what to look for. They have set a brilliant example which I can only hope and trust will be replicated. Many congratulations to all concerned.

A massive thank you Prime Team Gateshead for the care you give our mam when she was discharged from hospital and the comfort you give her family. The family appreciated the kindness and friendship she made to each and everyone of you.

My aged mother returned home from hospital after she had a fall and was assisted for 6 weeks by very kind and helpful members of the Prime Team. They came in 3 times a day and assisted her with washing, and making meals and got some helpful modifications made to her bathroom. My mother is now able to be independent again. They should be complemented on their good work and friendly demeanour.

We cannot express our gratitude enough for the carers who have helped our family so much. We have nothing but praise for this entire team of professionals who were not just efficient and reliable in their duties but also were always caring, sensitive and thoughtful of our individual needs during a traumatic time. We don't know what we would have done without them - they have helped us put our lives back together.

We are very thankful for the Gateshead PRIME team's recent involvement with my father-in-law. He has been very dependent for his care needs and continues to live with lots of complexity but despite this, the team have given excellent care and have been a key part of him remaining at home, safe and feeling cared for. The whole social dynamic that my mother and father-in-law live with has had to rapidly change including their usual daily routine both within and outside of the home. The PRIME team have fully supported them with this changing dynamic through empathy, compassion and understanding. All of the staff have been professional whilst being able to develop therapeutic relationships which has really helped things to tick along. Crucially, the PRIME team have been instrumental in my father-in-law engaging in reablement - the improvement in his function is evident despite the complexity of his condition. Thank you for all that you do and for delivering such a gold standard of care.

I would like to thank the team of carers who have been looking after my dad, who has Parkinson's. Since he came out of the hospital, they have been coming in every day, twice a day, and it has been a godsend to my mum, who has cancer and is now unable to assist him anymore.

The PRIME team stepped in with very little notice to care for my elderly mother with memory issues. The team were immediately effective, Mum's well-being was always their first priority and they quickly established a good rapport, focusing on several specific problem areas such as regular meals and maintenance of fresh food in fridges etc. Now swapping for a long-term private solution and the PRIME team have also been invaluable in that transition.

Friendly, caring and attentive staff who go above and beyond when caring for my mam. They always treat my mam with respect and dignity and always meet my mam's needs, making sure she is comfortable and has everything she needs in-between visits. They have built a fantastic rapport and relationship with my mam when attending five times a day. She looks forward to seeing them and catching up on each visit. Such a shame that they don't provide a long-term service, as having experienced other care providers in the past, PRIME Services would always be our choice for a care provider. Thank you for all you do and for always caring.

I was left with no service from a different company and PRIME came straight away to put services in.

Looked after my mother, who had developed Alzheimer's/dementia but was still able to live in her home, visiting her four times a day. They helped her get her meals and encouraged her to drink even though she was reluctant, and helped keep her sanitary. They alerted us to her need for hospital attention when her breathing became difficult, which turned out to be a pulmonary embolism. Her care with the PRIME team ended at this point, and we wished she could have continued to be looked after by them at home, where she wanted to be. We appreciate all they did for her despite my mother being a bit difficult.
