Overall Experience
My dad was a resident for 17yrs, he was supported to be independent and told me of the many occasions he was supported by the carers to maintain his interests and enjoyed chatting with staff, he considered many of them friends. They encouraged him to come out of his shell and gave him his voice back, while showing him acceptance, respect and compassion at the end they showed so much care toward him and myself, which I will forever remember.
I can't thank them enough for the kindness they my dad, they really took an interest in getting to know him and treat him with respect.
