Hartley Homecare have been amazing in supporting my mum. They put a package of care in place very quickly and have been kind, professional and incredibly supportive from the start.
The carers treat Mum with dignity and respect, and she has built lovely relationships with them, especially Priscilla, who has been exceptionally kind and supportive. Since starting care, Mum's wellbeing has improved dramatically. She is eating and sleeping better, has more confidence and mental stimulation, and her falls have reduced significantly.
Hartleys are extremely person-centred and regularly adapt Mum's care plan around her changing needs and preferences. Communication from the office is excellent, with prompt responses to any questions or concerns.

As her daughter, I feel reassured knowing there is always someone there to support her. The care provided has made a huge difference to both Mum's quality of life and my own peace of mind.
