Happy, enthusiastic and hardworking helpers.
Thank you for your kind comments, the team enjoy supporting you daily.
Helpers Home Care has been providing support for my dad for the last three years. He can be quite challenging at times due to his fluctuating condition, which is Huntington's disease. However, this has never deterred them; they eagerly embrace any training opportunities to enhance their knowledge. While my dad hasn't always received the best care in the past, Helpers has truly renewed my faith in humanity with their compassionate, well-trained, and understanding staff. The manager, office personnel, and community caregivers have consistently gone the extra mile to meet my dad's needs and so much more! I appreciate their care for him during his last years with us.
We have been receiving care from Helpers Homecare for the last 5 years. My mum's needs have drastically changed over that period and the team at Helpers Homecare have accommodated these changes with care, love and respect. The girls that come out are all incredibly good at their jobs but also bring compassion, love and humour. My mum loves people and just loves the girls coming in (3 times a day at present). The girls in the office are great at communicating and we work well together at swapping care in and out when mum needs more or less care ie. if I take my mum away or I'm away. As a family, we have the utmost trust in this company and the staff. We have recommended them to friends, who are also happy with them.
