Carers provide supervisory visits at contact centres in Ilford, Elm Park and Newham.

HOPE accepts referrals from councils, private individuals and other agencies. Supervisors are qualified and experienced in working with children and families. Centres are child-friendly, equipped with a variety of games, toys and books for children of all ages. It is a child-centred environment that puts the needs of the children first. They have full and part-time work available, with a choice of shifts in the day, night and weekends.

You choose when you work. They are one of the largest care service providers in East London with a number of ongoing openings for the position of Care Worker/ Carer/ Support Work /Healthcare assistant. You provide support to individuals and their families who need help, both emotionally and practically, so they can live a happy, independent life. Competitive hourly rates and weekly pay apply.

The company is looking to recruit care workers (domiciliary workers) with all the right values to be ultimately responsible for the development of their expanding care service business in Essex, covering Redbridge, Newham, Barking and Dagenham, and Waltham Forest.

They offer full training, no experience needed, flexible hours, career development and the opportunity to study for your NVQ and annual leave depending on working hours - pro rata basis. To apply please walk into their head office (Monday-Friday) from 9:00 am-5:30 pm. They are located opposite Ilford station.

The Hope Centre in Ilford, Essex has without a doubt been very important to helping our family spend time with each other in a safe, clean and professional environment. The Hope Centre has been improving by employing more staff, purchasing new equipment and increasing availability. The communication
by email, phone and text before I had even attended a session, has been outstanding. For 2 years, I have always been able to get in contact with staff on the same day. The staff are friendly, honest and most importantly, are trustworthy. The staff are very professional and have provided detailed, fair, accurate reports. The support, understanding and availability has been first class. I would recommend the Hope centre very highly to both mothers and fathers. Free car parking in a busy area with a concierge service has been very helpful. This review is based on 2 years of experience with the Hope Centre as a client. I would recommend them very highly.

I can honestly say this place is perfect for my little one. As soon as we walked in we felt welcomed. Place was clean and spotless. Lots of activities for the little ones and the location is well situated in the town centre. I would highly recommend this place to others.

I recently came to Hope for a contact for a family member and thought I’d write a review on my experience there. The staff were very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in I felt very welcomed. The Information provided by the staff were very professional my whole time being there was very peaceful
and the kids loved it. The staff member who was working with us, was very nice and friendly. The place is nice and clean and most importantly to me, was it was very child friendly. Will definitely recommend Hope. Thank you for helping me.

Place very dirty, carers often late with the child, so contact often reduces to a few minutes. Parents have to follow the rules, regardless of how they and the child traumatised by La/SS, other people not necessary. Can produce a difficult situation, interrupt, comment, disturb. There are lots of allegations
made in the contact notes, judgment without understanding. Is some sympathy, but that is not good enough.
If a child complains about mistreatment in the care home non-one takes the step to investigate, protect the child despite SW present.
That's not the place to have quality contact with the child, place designed for baby's and toddlers, not 17 years old. Under tight control of parents and children, where is no reason for that apart served Guardians, SW narrative?
