Due to a rapid deterioration in our mum and the need for care to be increased at short notice Infinity Care have really gone above and beyond. They have sorted a new rota out very quickly with no fuss, communicate well and have the most supportive team looking after Mum. Thank you
We'll make sure your feedback is shared with everyone involved in your mum's care - it will mean a lot to them. We're here whenever you need us.
Fantastic group of carers , always friendly and supportive of Mum and she really likes and looks forward to all their visits.
They really go above and beyond when there is an emergency such as when mums has a fall. Staying as long as they are needed, helping to organise ambulances and keeping us all informed.
I cannot recommend them highly enough , without them Mum would definitely have to be in a home whereas she can stay in her house close to friends with all her memories
It's a privilege to support your mum, and we're so pleased she enjoys the visits and has built such a lovely rapport with the team. Moments like that are exactly why we...
I have been with Infinity Care since the beginning. I find the care I receive very good. All carers are very friendly and do all things that I need them too. When I phone or email the office with questions the staff are efficient in responding to me and sorting out any problems which may occur.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Louise!
It truly means the world to us that you've been with Infinity Care from the very beginning - your trust and loyalty means everything to our team. We're so pleased to hear that you're happy with the care you receive and that our carers make...
Infinity Care have been supporting my Mother, to maintain independent living in her own home, for about 10 years now during which aspects of her well-being have improved despite advancing years. We coud not have asked for a better partner to deal with her day to day home support and medication requirements. I have full confidence in the reliability and professionalism of all the staff. They are always responsive and understanding of the family's requirements to keep Mum safe and happy. Highly commended.
Thank you so much, Gordon, for taking the time to share such a heartfelt and generous review. It truly means the world to everyone at Infinity Care.
Supporting your Mother for the past 10 years has been an absolute privilege, and knowing that her well-being and independence have been maintained...
Dad's mobility has gradually deteriorated, severely, and Infinity have been particularly good at keeping up and ahead of his needs, working with me, the NHS and local social services so dad can stay at his home, in as good a situation as possible.
Last year I needed support to help mum (dementia and cancer) in the final few weeks of her life and Infinity stepped in at a severely stressful time and, along with the local hospice and district nurses, were magnificent in giving mum as good a final fortnight as dad and I hoped.
I'm happy to recommend them.

Meet the Team (3)
I joined Infinity Care in 2010. I had been working in care previously but wanted to work for a company that actually cared about their clients and staff. I had also worked in the Care sector in Portugal before relocating to UK.
I love being in a role that gives me a sense of satisfaction by helping others. I started with Infinity as a Carer, then was given the opportunity to train and work my way up to Senior Carer, Field Care Supervisor, Assistant manager and now Registered Manager.
I have learned a lot throughout my time at Infinity care and am passionate about providing the best care to all our clients.
I am a mother, and I believe this helps me with my compassion for people. I like to make sure my Team are just as well looked after as my client’s, and I will always try my best to work around people’s needs and believe that a good work life balance is key to keeping my team happy.
I started with Infinity Care in 2016. I had worked in office environments in the past and been working as a carer before moving to the Andover area.
I wanted to remain in the care industry as I’m passionate about helping people, but wanted to get back to a more office-based role as my strengths lay in organisation and problem solving.
When I saw the position of Admin assistant available at Infinity Care I jumped at it, and once I interviewed and heard the values Infinity care held, I wanted the job even more.
I am a military wife, so have moved around and worked in a lot of different places but fortunately have been able to remain in one location for a long time now, which has allowed me to work my way up within the company and continue to help grow Infinity Care.
I started with Infinity Care in 2015 as a carer and worked my way up to Senior carer. I did leave for nine months to work in a care home, but I realised how much I missed working for a company that went the extra mile for both their clients and their staff, so I called in the hopes they would take me back, and they did without judgement. I was given the opportunity to come back in as Senior Carer and was able to progress in my qualifications.
I have worked my way up to Field care supervisor and enjoy the role immensely, as I get to put all my years of care experience into helping the office with Care planning and still get to visit the clients.
Growing up in a family of carers has instilled a mindset that there is nothing more rewarding than helping others. I can’t imagine doing anything else now, even though I have a degree in Art.
