Due to a rapid deterioration in our mum and the need for care to be increased at short notice Infinity Care have really gone above and beyond. They have sorted a new rota out very quickly with no fuss, communicate well and have the most supportive team looking after Mum. Thank you

A really good company to deal with. Easy to contact and organise Mum's plan.
Fantastic group of carers , always friendly and supportive of Mum and she really likes and looks forward to all their visits.

They really go above and beyond when there is an emergency such as when mums has a fall. Staying

as long as they are needed, helping to organise ambulances and keeping us all informed.

I cannot recommend them highly enough , without them Mum would definitely have to be in a home whereas she can stay in her house close to friends with all her memories

Reply from Cristina Sequeira, Registered Manager at Infinity Care LtdThank you so much, Ross, for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review - it truly means the world to us at Infinity Care.
It's a privilege to support your mum, and we're so pleased she enjoys the visits and has built such a lovely rapport with the team. Moments like that are exactly why we do what we do.
Our carers are passionate about going the extra mile, especially in those unexpected situations, so it's really heartwarming to hear that came through when it mattered most.
Your kind words about your mum being able to stay in her own home, close to her friends and her memories, are a beautiful reminder of why person-centred care is so important to us. We'll be sure to share your lovely feedback with the whole team.
Thank you again for trusting Infinity Care - we look forward to continuing to support your mum.

I have been with Infinity Care since the beginning. I find the care I receive very good. All carers are very friendly and do all things that I need them too. When I phone or email the office with questions the staff are efficient in responding to me and sorting out any problems which may occur.

Infinity Care have been supporting my Mother, to maintain independent living in her own home, for about 10 years now during which aspects of her well-being have improved despite advancing years. We coud not have asked for a better partner to deal with her day to day home support and medication requirements.
I have full confidence in the reliability and professionalism of all the staff. They are always responsive and understanding of the family's requirements to keep Mum safe and happy. Highly commended.

Our team is deeply committed to providing the highest standard of care, and reviews like yours remind us exactly why we do what we do.

We will be sure to pass your kind words on to all the staff involved - they will be so touched to know that their dedication and compassion have made such a meaningful difference to your Mother and your whole family.

Thank you again for placing your trust in us. We look forward to continuing to keep Mum safe, happy, and at home for many years to come.

Infinity have been looking after dad for a few years now and he thinks they're excellent. I was recommended Infinity word of mouth by a neighbour whose brother was being looked after by them. I'm glad she did because it's been good from day one.
Dad's mobility has gradually deteriorated, severely,
and Infinity have been particularly good at keeping up and ahead of his needs, working with me, the NHS and local social services so dad can stay at his home, in as good a situation as possible.
Last year I needed support to help mum (dementia and cancer) in the final few weeks of her life and Infinity stepped in at a severely stressful time and, along with the local hospice and district nurses, were magnificent in giving mum as good a final fortnight as dad and I hoped.
I'm happy to recommend them.

  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.5 out of 5 from 5 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.900 for Infinity Care Ltd is calculated as follows: ( (27 Excellents x 5) + (3 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 30 Ratings = 4.9
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.5 Points for the second and third Positive Reviews, 0.25 Points for each of the next two Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. 3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

Job Title: Registered Manager Joined: 2010

I joined Infinity Care in 2010. I had been working in care previously but wanted to work for a company that actually cared about their clients and staff. I had also worked in the Care sector in Portugal before relocating to UK.

I love being in a role that gives me a sense of satisfaction by helping others. I started with Infinity as a Carer, then was given the opportunity to train and work my way up to Senior Carer, Field Care Supervisor, Assistant manager and now Registered Manager.

I have learned a lot throughout my time at Infinity care and am passionate about providing the best care to all our clients.

I am a mother, and I believe this helps me with my compassion for people. I like to make sure my Team are just as well looked after as my client’s, and I will always try my best to work around people’s needs and believe that a good work life balance is key to keeping my team happy.

Job Title: Business Manager Joined: 2016

I started with Infinity Care in 2016. I had worked in office environments in the past and been working as a carer before moving to the Andover area.

I wanted to remain in the care industry as I’m passionate about helping people, but wanted to get back to a more office-based role as my strengths lay in organisation and problem solving.

When I saw the position of Admin assistant available at Infinity Care I jumped at it, and once I interviewed and heard the values Infinity care held, I wanted the job even more.

I am a military wife, so have moved around and worked in a lot of different places but fortunately have been able to remain in one location for a long time now, which has allowed me to work my way up within the company and continue to help grow Infinity Care.

Job Title: Senior Carer Joined: 2015

I started with Infinity Care in 2015 as a carer and worked my way up to Senior carer. I did leave for nine months to work in a care home, but I realised how much I missed working for a company that went the extra mile for both their clients and their staff, so I called in the hopes they would take me back, and they did without judgement. I was given the opportunity to come back in as Senior Carer and was able to progress in my qualifications.

I have worked my way up to Field care supervisor and enjoy the role immensely, as I get to put all my years of care experience into helping the office with Care planning and still get to visit the clients.

Growing up in a family of carers has instilled a mindset that there is nothing more rewarding than helping others. I can’t imagine doing anything else now, even though I have a degree in Art.
