Joans carers provide a professional, courteous service. All staff have been pleasant and very efficient in their roles as carers.
Since my husband was in hospital for two weeks and came home the carers have not been coming until 9'oclock. This is an hour later and not very convenient. At night it is around 9'oclock and he goes to bed at 7'oclock. he is always in bed when they come.
All carers are very polite and considerate. Very helpful.
Polite competent staff. Very helpful.
The carers, without exception, have always been polite, smiling and willing to help, often going beyond the time I am allotted. It is difficult not knowing the approximate time they will come. Sometimes they are much too early in the morning.
