Cares have been looking after dad for over a decade he went into hospital and came home a shadow of himself with ptsd and sores beyond belief and the hospital social workers wanted to stop his care and put him in a home saying he had behaviour problems . With the massive support the kindness and care and patience the girls have with dad he's now amazed everyone and he's back on track . He's back to having a laugh with them he's joking and happy and engaging. The carers not only care for my dad it's extended to myself they'll do anything they can to take the load off I genuinely don't know how we'd have gotten through these last few months . The girls who come are his regular cares they have a relationship with him he's not just a client they actually care about him

I have been a client of Kalcrest for the past 5 1/2 years,and I've seen a lot of carers come and go. However the carers I have at the moment are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble for either of them. They are very professional and kind. I have known Emma for at least 4 years and she is like one of the family. She is also well liked by the whole family and extended family also. She is an assett to Kalcrest.

Excellent care received for Mum. Staff caring, flexible and took time to listen and adapt to her needs. Regular reviews of care were really helpful. Highly recommend. Also access to the app was really helpful to the family. I know it says not to give names, but please pass on our special thanks to Trish, Beth and Laura for their exceptional care.

We have had Kalcrest care for the last 4 years and I cannot praise the company and the carers enough.The carers go over and beyond what they are expected to do.,always with a smile.my husband is the one needing care,but they also help me when I'm feeling down.they soon cheer me up.my husband is so lucky to have the care and support he gets.

Kalcrest Care have a fantastic team of carers who go above and beyond what is expected of them. I'm grateful for the peace of mind that they provide in caring for my dad as I live on the other side of the world. I've got to know the carers in person as I spend each August based at dad's. I'm grateful for their attention to detail, friendliness and clear communication. The office staff are great as well, always being in touch directly about any changes. Keep up the great work.

Kalcrest cared for my mum in the last two years of her life. She was reluctant to accept carers but they soon became an important part of her life. For the last two years they have also cared for my father who is 92 years old. Having the same carers as much as possible (they know who they are) means he has made strong bonds and looks forward to their visits every day. The family would like to thank them for going above and beyond to ensure his quality of life remains high. We really appreciate their dedication and kindness.

My brother's regular carers are all very caring, professional and friendly. They always treat him with respect and kindness. Also they are very good at communicating with me if they have any concerns about him.

We have cared for my mum, disabled by a stroke, at home for the last 2.5 years. We were nervous about home care but needn't have been. The day she got home, in walked the wonderful two particular members of staff, and all of our worries disappeared. They are angels sent in at a time of need. They are beyond caring with my mum, make a huge effort with her family and they tend to her every need. They are knowledgeable, safe, caring and compassionate and often identify an issue and set about fixing it before we need to act - such as organising for extra equipment, a district nurse visit, etc. They are great fun and we're so thankful that we have them and Kalcrest. Another two members of staff at Kalcrest respond quickly to queries and changing needs and do regular face to face visits. A great organisation and the two particular members of staff mention above, are very special to us and Mum.

Excellent service from Kalcrest, lovely caring girls that feel like family. Cheer us up every day with their bubbly personalities. We have visits four times a day and have no complaints. Thanks to you all.

Absolutely love Kalcrest, such good and caring people. Every carer we have had has been brilliant and it's great that you more or less get the same carers all the time. So you have a lovely bond with them too. Nothing is any trouble to them, always go above and beyond and always on time. In the almost 2 years they have been coming we have never been let down, so very reliable. Everyone is so kind. Thank you for caring for my husband who has MS and can't walk.
