Our daughter has great relationships with each support assistant and they have come to understand her needs very well. We rely upon Kelvin Care a great deal. They have been an important support and consistent presence in all of our lives.
The staff are welcome and helpful and friendly to my friend and is getting used to you staff and always showing care towards him I find this a great help to me and reduces the constant strain in the care of my friend

My husband was always treated with great respect by the carer. She used to occupy him with puzzles and various other simple games. Often they would have a sing-song. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to take him out for a week as he had balance issues! Nevertheless, he seemed to enjoy her company while I had a couple of hours out with a friend.
The care and attention I receive from the manager and all her staff is excellent and lets me keep my independent living.

I had an excellent time with Kelvin Care staff are so good and very helpful, never had a problem with any of them and they are very helpful and are always on time doing the shopping for me every member of the staff are excellent.
