Minimum call time is 30 minutes however as part of a larger care package we are able to offer 15-minute visits for things such as check, or medication calls only.

Thank you for your review. With regards to the alleged gross misconduct, disciplinary action was taken immediately once the matter was bought to my attention. The member of staff admitted they became too informal with you; however, I do believe that this could have been prevented if it hadn't been encouraged by yourself. Nevertheless, the member of staff involved no longer works for the company. I have to disagree that there was a breakdown between the company and the client, as we had no issues with the client. The problems arose when I refused to continue providing services to the client anywhere except in their own property, due to the verbal abuse, (on more than one occasion) and racial abuse inflicted on my staff by yourself. The only behavioural issues were yours. My staff do miss the client and wish him well and the very best for the future.
