Mum is able to stay in her own home for the time being and it stops me worrying as I can't be there.

When my wife took a turn for the worse the carer was here I thought she would not have been able to carry out what was reguired but she took care of the position and was brilliant the way she took over called ambulance and did all that was required. Well done to her. All of your team have been a great help and caring.

Still on going every day

I find Leda Homecare excellent and have never had any problems with staff and management. They treat me with respect and are very polite and friendly. My day is brightened up as soon as the door is opened and someone comes in with a friendly good morning or hi, asking how I am keeping. So overall I find them brilliant and look forward to seeing them.

We have found all staff caring and professional in all aspects of their care. Willing to go that extra mile when possible.

I have been using Leda Homecare for 3 months and I have been very impressed with the service that has been provided. The staff that help me are kind and friendly, helpful and hardworking and generally great to have around. I feel supported and staff enable me to do things I would otherwise be unable to do. I am also grateful for the continuity of care they provide, which has been much better than other companies I’ve used.

Any concerns or issues I have had have been dealt with effectively by the management, but staff are approachable too.
