Lyndoch Care have been very attentive and accommodating. They were able to produce an effective package of care for my Mum quickly and efficiently. In addition they have been shown to be adaptable and flexible to my Mums changing needs. The Carers are hard working and professional at all times and carry out their duties in a very caring manner which has helped Mum feel safe and secure. The feedback on the app is excellent and informative for family members. We would definitely recommend Lyndoch Care to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

Lynedoch Care were able to help at relatively short notice when we needed to arrange a care package to enable our mother to come home from hospital. They worked alongside another care provider, with which we already had a relationship, to provide 24 hour care. The office staff were responsive and accommodating and the carers were particularly kind and professional. We were very happy with the service provided.

At short notice, Lyndoch provided 24/7 care of the highest standard. The staff attending were first class, thoughtful and friendly. Lyndoch arranged for the same group of staff to attend which enabled them and us to become familiar with our needs and routine. The office team were very responsive and helpful, and made the whole experience as easy as possible. I cannot recommend Lyndoch highly enough.

I have no hesitation in recommending Lynedoch Care Ltd-Care at home. Right from me making the initial phone call enquiry to the assessment visit to my parents and then subsequent home care visits over a period of eighteen months, the whole experience for us all was superb. Nothing was ever too much trouble in accommodating my parent's needs. Staff always showed compassion and were very caring and considerate. Everyone in the office admin team along with the care support staff are amazing. This is an extremely difficult role and it takes a very special person to stay calm and patient at all times in what can, at times, be very challenging circumstances and every single member of the whole team consistently demonstrates high levels of professionalism and dedication.
