Lynedochs speciality is the creation, operation and management of high quality, personalised, individual care packages which are designed around each clients needs and wants, from hoovering and dusting once a fortnight to full 24 hour care when required.

Lynedoch Care is an independent care service which has been operating in and around the Edinburgh area for 20 years. They have over 125 years of experience within their management team, caring for people in a variety of settings.

Their clients are firmly in the driving seat when it comes to the design of the services they require. They will endeavour to provide whatever their clients want to improve their quality of life.

Their assessment is completely without obligation or charge and can include any family or friends if wanted. Their input can be very helpful in drawing up a plan that suits everyone involved.

Lynedoch Care were able to help at relatively short notice when we needed to arrange a care package to enable our mother to come home from hospital. They worked alongside another care provider, with which we already had a relationship, to provide 24 hour care. The office staff were responsive and accommodating
and the carers were particularly kind and professional. We were very happy with the service provided.

At short notice, Lyndoch provided 24/7 care of the highest standard. The staff attending were first class, thoughtful and friendly. Lyndoch arranged for the same group of staff to attend which enabled them and us to become familiar with our needs and routine. The office team were very responsive and
helpful, and made the whole experience as easy as possible. I cannot recommend Lyndoch highly enough.

I have no hesitation in recommending Lynedoch Care Ltd-Care at home. Right from me making the initial phone call enquiry to the assessment visit to my parents and then subsequent home care visits over a period of eighteen months, the whole experience for us all was superb. Nothing was ever too much
trouble in accommodating my parent's needs. Staff always showed compassion and were very caring and considerate. Everyone in the office admin team along with the care support staff are amazing. This is an extremely difficult role and it takes a very special person to stay calm and patient at all times in what can, at times, be very challenging circumstances and every single member of the whole team consistently demonstrates high levels of professionalism and dedication. Thank you so much to everyone at Lynedoch Care Ltd. We could not have managed without you.
