I have never had cause to worry whilst she was in the care of Middleton Care. Given I'm several hours away by public transport this has been immensely reassuring.

Myself and all the family will be forever grateful to all their support and help that they provided.

His last few years would have been very lonely if not for them. I would like to especially mention Steph who always went above and beyond and became a really good friend to him. Myself (Pauline , Christine and Diane would like to thank you all very much for your excellent care.

Middleton Care provided outstanding care through home visits for our father. The empathy, care and respect that the carers showed was amazing, and gave dad dignity and comfort at a difficult time. We couldn't be more grateful for their support.

It was particularly appropriate that the carers were at her bedside when she finally passed, again giving her the love and dignity she, and we, so much appreciated. My family's gratitude is immense.

My mum was a client of Middleton Care for around 10 years. The carers were always respectful, caring and kind and on occasions when needed they went over and beyond. Mum went into a care home, she often talks about them and she misses her chats with the carers. I would recommend Middleton Care to anyone.

The carers themselves have always been respectful, kind and caring and have gone above and beyond on many occasions.

My mother was a client of Middleton for a little over 2 years, this was also during the Covid pandemic times.

I cannot speak highly enough of Middleton Care and all of its staff, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. I live over 300 miles away from my mam and they really did support me as well as my mam, they really went above and beyond.

I spoke to the staff quite often because my mam had Alzheimer's and I often had to ask them if they could check if the phone was working or to find the TV remote and change the channel for her. They would always be happy to help.

All the members of staff also took the time to check that I was ok and reassure me on how Mam was doing, it was like talking to good friends.

When the time came for Mam to move to residential care they helped with moving Mam in and getting her settled, which was really appreciated.

I cannot recommend Middleton Care highly enough and I shall miss talking to them!

Nothing was ever too much trouble. They went above and beyond. All care and domiciliary duties were carried out in a caring manner with great attention to detail. Indeed, the care my mam received was outstanding. The carers and managers always went the extra mile. Her individuality was never compromised and her dignity maintained at times. Both she and myself felt that all the staff were trustworthy, friendly, polite and reliable, and indeed saw them as friends. I knew that at the times when I was unable to visit Mam that she would receive the same level of care regardless. The staff were fantastic in the last days of Mam's life and helped me to ensure she had the dignified and peaceful death she both wanted and deserved. Would I recommend Middleton Care, without any hesitation. Thank you to all Middleton Care staff.

We knew when we had the initial visit from two of their lovely staff team that the care would be good. They had a genuine interest in Mum and her life experiences, likes, dislikes and care needs and gave her the time needed to make up her mind about available options. The carers who came in to help Mum were a breath of fresh air and nothing was too much trouble - again responsive to Mum’s requests and picking up on how she was feeling. When an emergency arose they were calm, reassuring and knew exactly what to do. We cannot thank them enough.

My father's care was gradually increased over a period of months and Middleton Care Ltd were excellent in adjusting the number of attendances required in a day. They not only fitted in with our requests but actively suggested appropriate times to visit the home to best meet my father's needs. They carried out a combination of half-hour and 15 minute visits and recorded the situation with my father daily on written records for all to see. When we reached a crisis point(s) in recent weeks they went over and above their remit in dealing with the situation. E.g. found collapsed and ambulance required etc. Without Middleton Care my father would have not maintained independent living in his own house for so long.

Extremely reliable service over the last year since mum started to need help at home. The staff are lovely and caring and have really gone out of their way to help. I would highly recommend this company, as it has given me peace of mind to know that mum is well cared for when I cannot be there.

There are so many things I could write about Middleton Care and all of them good. They truly go above and beyond daily! Every single member of staff is fantastic. I'd definitely recommend! Thank you all!
