All of our staff, community and office based are chosen for their patience, attentiveness, values, empathy and reliability. Through vast training modules, they are competent in supporting a variety of needs out in the community. Although we are approached to support a person, it would be difficult to support just that individual. Our care packages are detailed and aimed at proving a home care package that takes everybody's needs into account, around each service user. Our aim is to ensure relationships are maintained between loved ones and not lost in a carer's role, as some family members step into when homecare is required. It is rewarding to read that our aim and vision has been accomplished for your family, thank you very much for sharing this.

We strive to work collectively as a team, without our community staff, our office team would be unable to work and without our office staff our community team would have no community to support, so together we are a high-quality community provider, which you have acknowledged. Our aim is always to work with you during the introduction period to make it feel less repetitive and invasive. Although our initial induction can appear time-consuming, the information generated from this is shared with the staff before they are introduced to you, this eliminates the need for you to continually have to tell each person how you like things to be done, where things are and what's required on each visit. This has proved to be an effective approach over the years.
