Mum has been having millennium carers for almost three years, we can and do recommend them for their caring individual approach to mum's care. All carers are doing a great job and office staff are always helpful and friendly and will listen if we need to contact the office. I am mum's only family member available to help her and I visit daily but I couldn’t carry on doing my bit if it wasn’t for the great team she has four times a day. Carers show a professional attitude to my wife, but most importantly have become a friend who she can confide in. She has gained the confidence to allow the carers to cater for her personal hygiene. Millennium Homecare staff are friendly, helpful and empathetic to my mum's needs. They take the time to chat with her which helps to fill her day. We are kept up to date each week of the staff rota so mum knows who to expect and the majority of the time they stick to the same staff so both my mum and the staff know each other. We have been using this home care company for 18 months now. They have been covering lunch times and teatimes mainly. My father, who has vascular dementia, seems more than happy with them. They are friendly, easy to contact and try to accommodate our needs when they change. They keep us fully informed of what they have done in a diary, which we also use. Overall we have no complaints and would recommend it to potential clients.

My husband has recently been persuaded to have carers for his personal hygiene and as a sitting service for some short outings for myself. Due to changing family circumstance, my family only used Millennium for a few weeks. From my limited experiences, I would highly recommend this care provider. This is based on the professional and courteous approach from both management and office staff, and the kindliness, good humour and competency of our night time carer. I felt that Millenium was thorough in their initial meetings with us, which reassured me, and the night-time carer hit exactly the right note with my mum. Should our family need night time care again, my mum and I would hope to use Millennium.
