Although we are approached to support a person, it would be difficult to support just that individual. Our care packages are detailed and aimed at proving a home care package that takes everybody's needs into account, around each service user. Our aim is to ensure relationships are maintained between loved ones and not lost in a carer's role, as some family members step into when homecare is required. Maintaining time arrivals can often prove challenging within community care, especially around rush hour periods, so I am happy to see that this is something our community staff and office team work hard on reducing. Thank you very much for taking the time to review our service, this is very important to us. It is always a daunting experience when accepting someone into your home to support where and when needed. Our aim is always to work with you during the introduction period to make it feel less repetitive and invasive. Although our initial induction can appear time-consuming, the information generated from this is shared with the staff before they are introduced to you, this eliminates the need for you to continually have to tell each person how you like things to be done, where things are and what's required on each visit.
